We booked tickets through WeGotTickets to an event that was cancelled due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Some time later I wrote to WGT to enquire about the possibility of a refund or a transfer. Within a couple of hours I received a very pleasant and detailed reply to confirm that a refund had already been made - some three days before the cancelled event. WGT were very pleasant to deal with and perfectly professional.
Such a shame that under the current situation of COVID19 that events are cancelled. Asked for refund and got fabulous customer service. Fast response and hassle free. Hope that one day soon that life will be back to normal. Take care team and thank you so much.
Never used this company before - what a fantastic service. Unfortunately the show we had booked for had to be cancelled(due to the Corona Virus) and rearranged to another date which I could not attend. I emailed the company asking for a refund and they replied within 2 hours saying the refund had been arranged and would be in my bank within a few days. Can't ask for better service than that. Excellent!!

I wrote to We Got Tickets to inquire about concessions for Disabled people and their carers. Within a few days, Danny Evans had the organisers of the event change their ticket purchasing page to include options for Accessibilty/carer tickets. I really appreciate how he made it so easy to get these tickets. Accessibility is so crucial for disabled people to be able to take part in the cultural life of our city (and beyond!).

I bought too many tickets for an event by mistake but was unable to secure a refund when I realised what I'd done the next day. A simple mistake cost me £45. I feel really disappointed that they wouldn't help me out with this...

Marvellous customer service from Lucy. I couldn't find some tickets I thought I'd bought, so I bought some more on the day of the event. I stupidly bought concessionary tickets by mistake... I emailed asking what to do, and Lucy found the original booking (under my wife's name!), contacted the organiser and immediately refunded the new payment. Fantastic!

These people are just fab. I hadn't quite realised just how many tickets I've bought from We Got Tickets over the last 12 years or so - and never once have I had an issue. They really are the Good Guys of ticket sales. Keep it up!!
