Sep 13,2018No problem at all with the service from first rep calling to the end fix. The fitters were excellent and were quick and very clean, even going next door to my neighbours to wipe dust from her window sills.Good lads pleasant and courteous. The end result was better than I expected, just a slight delay waiting for the plasterer, but all in all very satisfied and would definitely recommend.I did have to seal down the window side after the plaster had dried otherwise I would still be waiting but a very minor point.

Sep 04,2018Very happy from the beginning to the end, from the electrician to the lads who removed the roof and put the new one on, my conservatory. The finish is good and the workmen tidied everything up. I would recommend West Yorkshire Windows to anyone.

Aug 24,2018Extremely disappointing and poor service by WYW. We had three visits by their reps, two by a sales person (who gave us very long-winded sales pitches), then one visit by a technician who did a detailed survey. They promised a three-week turn around following the survey; however as soon as we paid the deposit they disappeared for two months and then advised us they cannot fabricate the door, because of the geometry of it. We challenged them on this of course, because we had consulted other companies as well; and then they turned back saying we could fabricate the door but we do not provide the guarantee for it... Complete waste of time!! They also refused to pay compensation for the damages that they did to our property as part of their useless survey. I will raise the matter with the Financial Ombudsman.

We were kept well informed regarding fitting programme and fitters were very pleasant, tidy and cleaned up well after they had finished. All in all a first class job and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Jul 31,2018I give West Yorkshire Windows 5* but really it would be 4.5*. This is because there was an issue/mix up with the start date. They did not turn up on the said date due to an internal mix up but in the overall scheme of things this was minor as the final product was excellent. We had new windows fitted and so far they have been fantastic and the fitters worked really hard but thoroughly. like a lot of people I do not like the tactics of a lot of the companies competing in this market so I asked for a particular salesman (from the Leeds Office), who we had previously used for replacement doors. I said from the outset that I wanted his best price with no silly gimmicks or games with prices etc as only his first offer would be entertained. To my delight he replied that he always put in a fair upfront price with no tricks and was prepared to walk away beaten but was confident that his price for a like for like product would be competitive. It was and was a real pleasure to do business. No constant ringing up to give a managers discount or making it difficult to tell him to leave, a really pleasant young man and a lesson for many of his competitors. All in all first class.

Jul 24,2018I had a 3x3 conservatory built. From start to finish it was a shambles and too long to explain on here. The shambles was mainly the base builders who are sub contracted, plus some of the WYE internal staff for lack of communication.The dates we had booked in changed 3 times. I really feel for the very good staff who don't get the credit when bad happens. What I will say is the finished product is excellent so I would recommend for product but would question the process. We had windows & doors from them 2 months ago and that was a great experience with different staff.

Jul 24,2018From start to finish everything went well with no problems whatsoever, kept informed of progress, if a call required an answer it came within minutes. Installers worked very quietly, no loud music, and professionally. Clear they took a pride in their work. Would not hesitate to recommend this company after having them to build our Conservatory and install new patio doors, both at very reasonable prices

Jun 20,2018I just wanted to send a message of thanks for the excellent work you have done for my extension / conservatory. Every workman which visited was polite, trustworthy, helpful and did their work to a high standard. There was only one small issue at the end which you rectified quickly. Before I joined a government agency I was in retail for 15 years and know very well what good & bad customer service is and the impact it has on customers. In this case you have excelled yourselves and I have already recommended you to a couple of friends/colleagues.

May 24,2018What ever you do do not use this company. I had a conservatory done by them. It was bad from start to finish. Firstly the foundations were not laid to building regs' (I found this out afterwards) The floor joists did not sit level. The brickwork was poor with cement all over the bricks. The roof was not how I had specified. It leaked, they came back to fix it -it still leaked! I was led to believe it was going to be a bespoke job but it was a kit that anyone could buy.They are appalling. Poor workmanship. The fitters were rude. My garden ended up looking like a rubbish tip. The underfloor insulation was not put in. Things out of square. I could go on and on. Stay well clear.

Extremely professional and friendly staff. The door was fitted by two really nice guys in appalling weather (they must have been freezing). They cleared up all the mess when it was finished and talked me through how it locked. I would certainly recommend this company. Once again ,thank you.

Sep 25,2018The grounds guys and the roof fitters were brilliant, the quality of the work and attention to detail is excellent. very recommended. 4/5 because of the asking for payment before the job was done and time it took for them to get the roof on the building (3 weeks between the brick work being done and the roof being fitted.)
