5 days for a Small Light Parcel Watford to Manchester. Still no sign, tracking Useless. Why do people use the Shi* Parcel firm?
My thick book was shoved in my letterbox. The delivery man didn't knock to check if anyone was home. I was so surprised as I knew it was a large book. Only a corner of the book managed to fit, so basically, anyone could have easily just taken it out of my letterbox. To no surprise, my book was damaged where he had shoved it in. An absolute joke.
A scam. Just lost a parcel, again. Whistl are not a delivery company. When they claim to "sort" a parcel, this means they take it, sit on it for days even if it's urgent, then hand it over to someone who will lose it - and it becomes untraceable from that point. None of their tracing references work. If you get hold of Whistl's customer non-service at a random call centre in the middle of nowhere, they'll say "nothing to do with us" and tell you to contact the retailer, 100% of the time. This outfit gets paid by retailers for pretending to do the work the retailer could do themselves better, faster and cheaper. If you are a retailer, using Whistl is how you lose customers.
the worst delivery company that never does deliver or even try 2nd parcel returned because they couldn't even be bothered to look for my business on a main road even Hermes / Evri can find me and thats saying something shocking service and a total waste of time thanks for nothing im also leaving a google review over this horrid service 3 weeks later no parcel just lazy
Well here’s a surprise, I suppose. Ordered item from Amazon , delivered day earlier than expected with all the tracking updates spot on. Like others I couldn’t believe the delivery would go well but can’t fault it. Mind you I’d never heard of Whistl before but they certainly delivered for me but maybe this was because it was ordered via Amazon who never have let me down.
Appallingly unreliable and contemptible little delivery company. And their website is woefully inadequate - poorly designed and unhelpful in the extreme. Not to mention the twenty minute waits!
Whistl have “lost” my item from Amazon as well as the replacement that Amazon sent. Never again will I order anything that Whistl are involved with.
Takes forever , must be the slowest delivery service on the planet !!!
Ordered a book 25/04 still not here, it’s been sat with Whistl since 28/4 and all the updates keep saying is it’s been scanned, load scan at depot etc if it’s not here today I’m going to contact the seller and cancel not impressed as it was a gift that’s now too late for the birthday it was meant for!
My item was supposed to have been delivered two days ago. Have waited nearly a week already. Received an email today (13.01) to say that my 'Whistl parcel is out for delivery'. It's now 20.18 and nothing. Another day passed, and still no parcel. I can now only assume that my package is lost, delivered to the wrong address, chucked over somebody else's garden hedge, or it's sitting in the back of a van or warehouse somewhere. I now have to go through all the hassle of getting a refund from the seller and ordering from elsewhere. Whistl hasn't provided me with a tracking number, so emailing them is a waste of time. The fact that Whistl doesn't even reply to the majority of the poor feedback they are receiving on Trustpilot says much about what they think of their disgruntled customers. If I ran my business like that, I wouldn't have a business. In the future, I won't be using any company that uses Whistl's services.
Like others, I have found Whistl (hardly a name to inspire confidence) to be unfit for purpose, eg drivers can't read addresses properly and deliver to the wrong house. Seems they just leave parcels at any door within the postcode range. Hopeless. I haven't found a reliable delivery company yet - why are they all so incompetent?
Ridiculous delivery firm. Item collected on the 18th April and stuck in depot with no delivery u[pdate. Way overdue and you can't contact them as there is no such option on website. Deserve to be out of business
Over a month since plants were originally despatched. Non arrival reported and replacements sent. Was advised there was a "scanning Error" causing delay and subsequent loss. Current status - according to the Whistl tracking info - is that this live plant parcel was in the local depot 9 days ago and has been out for delivery ever since. No sign so far and I expect the plants will be dead by now. Poor performance and no way of getting a realistic update from Whistl. Unimpressed.
Similar problems as others.ordered a book from amazon, should have been delivered 3 days later, looking at the tracking info the book has travelled more than I have! It's been all around the country and still has not been delivered. AMAZON SHOULD BAN ANY SELLER THAT USES WHISTLE, AS ITS A S##t COMPANY! I could have driven to the sellers location and back in less time !
Never known a parcel to take so long! Won’t be using any company that has Whistl as their delivery from now on!
Once again, should be a negative rating. Excuse is the same old, "We are not the 'final mile' carrier" - maybe not, but still hung on to the parcel for two days. Why do companies keep using Whistl? Another complaint to another retailer advising that if they use Whistl then I won't buy from them in future. If more people do this perhaps vendors will get the message and put pressure on Whistl to improve or be dropped.
Ordered an item through Amazon 1/4/23. Tracking information says pick up by Whistl 2/4. Arrived at carrier facility 3/4. Transferred to another carrier for delivery 6.12am 4/4 who appears to be Royal Mail There it stops and no delivery received. Contacted Whistl on 01628 896144 and representative couldn't care less. He couldn't tell me what Whisl had done with the item when asked. All I wanted was identification of which Royal Mail office that Whistl had passed it on to. He didn't know even though he had the tracking number and details on their site as it appears that they have no responsibility for the package once it has been received from the dispatcher,in my case a third party seller on Amazon, who are a first rate business. I had already contacted my local Royal Mail office who hadn't received the item for delivery. This is not the first time that Whistl have lost an item that I have purchased. Two years on and yet another problem with my parcel stuck without movement for a week before being handed over to Evri. How does this company stay in business is beyond me. Should change it's name to Go Whistle cause you never get your parcel on time!
Absolutely rubbish. Apparently when item was delivered was in my home however driver threw over garden fence and parcel found morning after open and wet through Call this delivered not even delivered to my front door slung into back garden

May 17,2023As seems to be the norm with this company, my package just disappeared into the ether. Ordered a cd from Rarewaves through Amazon. Not given any tracking data but an approximate delivery date. Suffice to say the package has never arrived. Have received a full refund from Rarewaves but actually wanted the item I ordered. It's really put me off buying anything from them in future if they continue to use Whistl as all of these negative reviews highlight that you won't receive your order
