Yodel recorded my parcel as delivered, definitely not, then went through the time wasted effort to resolve the problem, with no outcome. Claimed to have delivered to my white door, when I have a large dark brown wooden door. But they are adamant it's was still sent to my address!!!?? Pathetic

Parcel of time sensitive items arrived at a whistl Depot on 13th on 18th STILL there. Chatbot is useless, tells you to use the tracking ( that I'd done before initiating chat ) Human on chat seemed sypathetic but basically refused to help, after about a 5 minute wait saying I need to contact sender. I would strongly recommend against using WHISTL they appear not to care about customers

I’m not gonna write anymore you can just read the transcript of my complaint- anymore effort is not worth my time. “To whom it may concern, My order that I placed through abebooks.co.uk with a retailer webuybooks was to be delivered with your company (tracking number JD00022xxxxxxxxxxx). However, the package as you can see below is still at the depot, after having the delivery scheduled multiple times. image0.png I called the number provided on the website in order to receive more tracking information, however they guy told me that he actually has less information than I do and it’s better if I track my item through the website. Which I’ve already done so. He also said that he doesn’t know what’s happening, most likely parcels lost and I need to contact the retailer to get a refund or a replacement. As I bought used books, the items are irreplaceable, and are sold at different prices now, so both options aren’t ideal for me. No acknowledgement of your company mistake, no apologies. As I didn’t receive any help regarding my issue, I wanted to put a complaint via phone. As instructed on your website, I dialled the number that was the same as previously for general, business, media or tracking enquiries. As there was no option for complaints and I as already spoke with the tracking department representative, I chose to speak with the general enquiries/reception. The lady asked me, what am I complaining about, to which after explaining my complaint, she told me I’m dialling the wrong department, I should be speaking to the tracking department. To which, as I already mentioned, I already spoke and it’s not tracking information I’m looking for but to put a complaint. All I hear, is putting the blame on another department to deal with the issue instead of doing your job. She spend a minute trying to find where should I be directed, she said she doesn’t know the number nor the email. I told her that on your website it says complaints can be made on the general enquiries number. After that, the phone went silent, after waiting a minute and talking to the lady and not hearing response, I hung up. So, first of all I would like to put a complaint due to the lost package and second of all I would like to put a complaint due to the employees behaviour. They need to be trained better to 1) deal with customers (I wasn’t difficult or shouting, remained calm the entire time, can’t imagine them behaving if other customers weren’t like me); 2) learn departments, where to transfer calls to, as that’s what a receptionist job is (from my personal work experience as a 3 year receptionist); 3) acknowledge “I don’t really know” and “can’t help you with that” aren’t great answers in customer service especially when you can’t give them the next step (except contacting the retailer, cause it’s not their fault, it’s yours - you lost a parcel); 4) not to ignore a customer on the phone, if putting a customer on hold, letting him/her know that they will do that. Overall, general essential customer service training and how to’s is severely lacking. If you need anymore tips for customer service training, you can hire me as such, cause clearly you need help. And if you can, please just find my parcel and deliver it to me. Thanks. Best regards,”

It seems my second AND LAST order from Yaheetech is lost in a Whistl Depot. I DID order via amazon so have the A-Z Guarantee - IF that means anything anymore. DO NOT bother using their bot let alone speaking to an assistant - insulting useless waste of time. Tracking info provided by Yaheetech UK. Delivery By Whistl Group. Tracking ID: JD0002231048426806.

Delivery driver didn't even attempt delivery. Just changed tracker to "can't find address" we live on a main road... Didn't call or anything. Delivery attempted on a Saturday, customer services not open on Saturdays. Absolutely terrible.

I ordered a skin care product sometime in October. The tracker is stuck in collection scheduled since the beginning or so of November. Thankfully the seller has refunded me but I doubt that I'll buy from any business or person that uses whistl for delivery.

If only it were possible to give zero stars. Delivery attempted, even though it wasn’t, now none of the tracking numbers are even recognised by their own system.

Ordered a part from China on 10 December and it was despatched on 12 Dec arriving in the UK on 19th and at Whistl depot on 22 Dec, and it has been there ever since. How can it take as much time to get from China to the uk and then sits in the depot for as long! This company is the pits! They were crap when they were TNT and they are crap now!

Ordered Christmas present from Amazon for daughter on 7th of Dec. Shipped with Whistl on 9th of Dec. 'At Depot' since 15th Dec after it says 'handed over to Royal Mail'. I know Royal Mail has been on strike but they have not been on strike for 13 days is it. I don't know when I will receive this. Will contact seller but I doubt I will get anywhere. I should've looked at the seller and opted for 'Fulfilled by Amazon' instead of using a third party seller.

We ordered some food items from Fennel and Ginger who sent a package via you on a 48hr delivery basis, to us. It was not trackable and then we were told you passed it to Yodel who kept it in their depot and delivered it finally 5 days later. Please do not use this company, it is not reliable at all, and clearly cannot cope with the volume of parcels that they take on.

Rarely post reviews, normally only if a company is either very good or very bad. In this case the service has been shocking. Ordered a package off Amazon Marketplace and paid extra to be delivered quickly. Turns out that “quickly” included spending 9 days in a depot. I subsequently complained to the seller who said they would investigate. Surprise, surprise, next day the delivery status changed to Delivered. Except it hadn’t been delivered. So either delivered to a wrong address or they were lying about the delivery. Note to retailers - don’t use Whistl otherwise your customers will be whistling in the dark when they are trying to estimate when or if their package will arrive.

Status is Stuck at depot.....since 7th December. Yet another UK delivery service to avoid to add to the list of Evri, Royal Mail, Whistl, UPS who are also terrible. The only companies that I will try to make sure Sellers use are dpd and dhl and fedex that can just about be relied upon. Exhausting!! Need to go buy another gift for the holiday season...

Parcel stuck at depot- hasn't moved for 2 weeks. So frustrating, the seller has sent out a new parcel and I am praying they don't use Whistl again, even Evri would be better and that is saying something...

Oh, I wish I had known the seller was going to use Whistl. If so I would have bought elsewhere. My book order (a Christmas gift) was ordered on the 7th Dec, dispatched on 8th but not collected until the 10th, and is now 'stuck at depot'. So much for the 'fast delivery' as described by the seller. Whistl have damaged this seller's reputation, although it's the seller's own fault for using such a publicly despised delivery service. I will NEVER use Whistl myself and I will NEVER knowingly buy from any company that dispatches their items through them. Awful, awful company.

The depot of death! MY items have been stuck there for over a week now. No way to contact them and if you want to make a complaint you are directed instead to contact the seller of whatever you ordered. My story is the same as everyone else's. Honestly, I have no idea how this company is still in business. Hundreds of 1 star reviews, all with the same complaint. Clearly, this isn't a just few disgruntled people, or some one off problems, this is a systemic issue. Interestingly, I ordered 2 items, the tracking says they arrived at the depot on different days. However, the tracking shows that both items arrived at exactly the same time, to the minute. Other reviewers have questioned the validity of the tracking information. Obviously we can't know for sure and it is possible that items would arrive on different days, but at exactly the same time. But that seems like a big coincidence. Who knows. They only thing that I can say for sure is that I am personally suffering from exactly the same problem as hundreds of other people that have posted here on Trustpilot. In the future, I will ask companies I order from who they are using for delivery. If they say Whistl, I will simply not buy from them.

Having spent a frustrating half hour trying to track my parcel, I posted a one-star review of this company- only for the parcel to be delivered later the same day. So, in all conscience I felt I should upgrade my rating as they had delivered (just) within the timeframe suggested by the supplier. The tracking system is still useless, though.

Yet another “stuck at depot” one here 🤚🏼 Placed my order on the 27th of November as a Christmas gift. It was due to arrive on the 1st of December, but has been stating “at depot” since 29th November with no way to contact them. My brother in law’s flight is leaving tomorrow for South Africa and the parcel is meant to be on board with him for a little 2 year old girl who will now not get her precious personalised gift!

0 stars if I could. My parcel hasn’t moved any where according to tracking since November 28th . Was a present from my daughter to me for Christmas. Sender gave a refund but I would have preferred to recieve my item. Whistl may not be delivering the item and only aranging delivery but they should have a free tracking service that is at least reliable and can connect to who is delivering. Disgraceful service which shouldn’t be allowed to continue!!!!!!
