Whistl is a delivery management company providing efficient, high-quality and competitively priced services across Parcels, Fulfilment, Business Mail, Advertising and Contact Centre both in the UK and internationally.
Utterly pathetic and disgraceful service! Past 2 deliveries with them arrived all battered up and disformed and the 2 "deliveries" before that simply never arrived and were marked as having been delivered. Avoid this terrible company no matter what.
Avoid avoid avoid! If you are considering an online order from any retailer check first who may deliver your item . If its whistl or parcelhub as they rebranded you will be waiting and waiting and waiting. And forget about tracking your item. It never updates. It disappears into a vortex of "handed over to delivery partner " never to emerge. One never gets to find out the mysterious end mile delivery courier! There's no way of contacting either parcel hub or Whistl. even though they are members of the "good customer service " association. There's no support and no help.
Multiple delivery failures on separate orders from Amazon. TERRIBLE scam company! The government should simply shut them down as a public service.

Absolute scam of a company. Had I realised a seller on Amazon was using whistl I wouldn’t have ordered. This company is an absolute joke and shouldn’t exist anymore. Countless failures to meet any of their SLAs and a sham of an organisation in general. Parcel should have been delivered 5 days ago, was “lost”, but has been sitting in Livingston for days. I’ve now cancelled my order and will get a refund from Amazon in 10 days, when will companies learn not to use whistl?!
For three days now a parcel I have been expecting has been stuck 'At Depot'. After reading other reviews this seems to be a reoccurring theme! That items sent via this company go into some kind of mystical vortex at this depot and never get any further! If I worked for Whistl I'd be ashamed at the levels of dissatisfaction, and the incompetence highlighted in these reviews.
Appalling service. Failed to meet two "Deliver by" dates with no notifications. Any future orders that involve Whistl will be cancelled!
2 of 2 recent small items have gone missing. Both showing stuck at the 'AtDepot' stage and never got any further. Low value items, but it's immensely frustrating that you have little control over who a seller uses. The second package was from a different seller to replace the first that didn't arrive, now the second is AWOL. Sort out the delivery chain please It's a month now and shouldn't be this hard to get something delivered.
Waited in all afternoon for my parcel. Had a email to say my parcel had been delivered at 3.19 nobody rang on my door bell and I have no parcel 😡
Once again, it took them ELEVEN days to get a bank statement printed in Manchester on the 7th of Nov to Church Stretton today Nov 18th. This is not a one-off, it is NORMAL! A distance of just over 80 miles according to my AA Road Book. You can't call it a service!
First order with Actioh water the delivery showed delivered nobody even came no way to get hold now have to argue with the retailer horrendous company
There is a reason they call themselves “Whistle” because if you’re waiting for your package, you might as well “Whistle for it”. Emails said package was being delivered twice, but it never turned up. Still waiting, they now say an additional five days.
Disgusting that you can't contact them over a missing parcel that they have. I know they have it because I can track it with the number provided and it's still sat in there sorting depot. They expect you to chase it up with the retailer so they can avoid responsibility and comes at a cost to the retailer and not the parcel service. Accountability is everything to me and if you can't talk to a customer advisor that is a big no no to me. Avoid this company at all costs for your delivery
You may want to have a word with the operator of the HGV reg number KY71 EWA who, this evening from 16:50, was driving their HGV in the outer most overtaking lane of the M1 northbound between junction 10 and past junction 11a. Pretty sure that’s a road traffic offence. Not to mention their complete disregard for other road users when switching lanes, forcing their way into lanes knowing the smaller vehicles will be forced to yield from fear of being crushed. That driver is not fit to drive and will cause a accident
I made a purchase on Ebay from Music Magpie who use Whisl. The tracking wasn't great and didn't update very often. Having read the reviews, and not knowing that the final delivery was through Royal Mail,I really didn't expect the items to arrive within the estimated date, I wasn't disappointed. But the package was only one day later than expected, so not as bad as I thought.
Ordered DVD on Ebay (music magpie) collected by whist, been in depot 2 days, no sign of delivery. Unable to contact direct and directed back to seller for information regarding delivery. Looks like I have to Whistl for it 😤😤
Small packet dispatched on 24/10 with carrier Whistl, 8 days "in transit" then "handed to Royal Mail"...Why use a carrier like this when eight days later the carrier hands it over to Royal Mail?... Awful.
Actually stupid. Ordered a game from Ebay (musicmagpie) and still haven't received it. Apparently gone to royal mail bit they don't think it even exists
Ordered some furniture from Amazon. Tracking marked as delivered at 15:50. Hasn’t been delivered at all. Checked my Ring footage absolutely nothing on it. Which is not surprising as I work from home and have been in all day. No knock on the door or doorbell. Checked all round property and checked with neighbours and nothing. Shocking!
