Nov 05,2023The delivery via Whistl was tracked and I was able to keep apprised of its route. That is, until it eventually reached their depot, which was listed as 2am on the same day as the estimated delivery date. The item remained listed by Whistl tracking as "at depot" for 2 more days but was delivered later that day. After checking Whistl tracking again the item is still listed as "at depot" even after it had been delivered.

Oct 25,2023Still waiting. The last update on my delivery was on the 16th to say they have received it. Not a word since. Hopefully I'll be getting my money back tomorrow from Amazon. I'll never buy anything online that use these jokers

Oct 24,2023I am waiting for a package to be delivered ,Whistl has had it at their depot for almost 2 weeks ,it shouldnt take this long ,tracking is useless just says running late .I would give no stars if I could ,They are as bad as Royal Mail.

Oct 23,2023After reading a fair few negative reviews, I was a tad concerned of the outcome. I placed an order of a bed frame with the range on 20th October and received 23rd. The only reason lost a star was because expected delivery was by1st November and informed I would receive contact from courier first. Lucky my son was home to bring in parcel, which was left on doorstep. A text or email to inform of delivery would of been an improvement and warranted a 5 star review.

Oct 16,2023Two small dvd sized parcels have gone via this lot now & both have taken over a fortnight to get to me! Just got my money back on one of them & what drops through my door today but the dvd, d'oh! What are whistl doing with them for over two weeks?

Oct 13,2023Basically, deliveries by Whistl never reach me at my work address. They have now claimed on three different occasions that they could not locate the address and each time returned the shipments to the senders. However, the address is correct and no other shipping service has ever had any problems locating and delivering to it. I will no longer buy from any sellers that use Whistl.

Oct 10,2023Nathan at Whistl was extremely helpful in sorting out a problem I had with a multi-drop media delivery as I missed the deadline for drop off by a few days. He liaised with Royal Mail directly and came back with a positive solution. The whole process for booking and paying was easy and I received an online quote immediately, I didn't have to wait to be contacted back.

Oct 04,2023Not even worth the star! Don't bother using this company. 2 orders gone 'missing' in as many weeks. Daylight robbery. No tracking info, but suddenly a parcel is running 'late' never to be seen again. how can it take a week for a courier to transfer a parcel across the uk? Are they walking? And where are they stashing our lost packages?

Sep 05,2023Really don't see the point of this company. They charge you a premium price to deliver then promptly bugger off with your package and use Royal Mail. It's like getting the kid next door to post your package only the little scrote stings you a tenner before strolling off to the mail box !

Sep 01,2023As a person who buys a lot on line it was bad enough having to check that sellers would not use the likes of Evri/Hermes and the dreaded Yodel.Now I have to message any seller I intend to buy from to make sure they do not use this pointless company. 2 purchases I have made via Ebay and Amazon on 25th August have yet to be delivered (1st September).One order was just handed over to Royal Mail on the 30th the other has yet to be handed over.Had the shops I bought from posted directly with Royal Mail on the Day they gave the orders to whistl I would have what I ordered 2 days ago. Whistl is nothing but a glorified mail boy who hold parcels for 5 - 10 days then post 2nd class with Royal Mail leaving customers to wait another 5 days to get what they ordered. A completely pointless company that ends with Sellers getting bad feedback. I fail to understand why businesses cannot post mail themselves or have Royal Mail collect directly without using this pointless middle man.
