Jan 18,2017After weeks of pain with myHermes non-deliveries (see my Trustpilot review of myHermes) I have been refusing to purchase from anyone who uses them for delivery. Imagine my disappointment to learn that Whistl use myHermes for final delivery! The very first time that I have had anything scheduled for delivery by Whistl it has gone missing - the retailer themselves have only just discovered that myHermes are being used. On the Whistl tracking website the delivery has been made - this is false. Sorry Whistl - but you need to make sure that your suppliers/contractors are serious and trustworthy which from my and many other peoples experience (just look at myHermes' feedback on Trustpilot) they aren't.

Sep 01,2017We used their services for 6 months and have never seen a company that made so many errors. especially with our packets and large letters, the depot used to process everything as packets and also made invoicing errors.
