Aug 12,2023Absolutely horrendous.....what is the point of tracking systems that do not accurately reflect what is happening. Handing over to Royal Mail actually means thrown in a big hole somewhere never to be seen again. If I were a company using this joke of a service I would stop immediately. I ordered something from Filofax nearly three weeks ago. First was lost and now the second seems to have met the same fate! I am in future going to ask what service people use before I make orders.

Aug 11,2023The delivery man didn’t give me time to wake and answer, by the time I got to the door he was out of sight. However since the heard from neighbour at 4 he had forced her side window open, moved her curtain almost smashing an ornament and thrown it in hitting her! When confronted he was argumentative and complaining with no apology. This despite being instructed to leave parcels in my back garden should I be out or fail to hear him. In future no deliveries should be attempted at number 4!! The actual time from dispatch to delivery, tracking and notifications were excellent and I was pleased with the products (once collected from back garden where it should have been in the first place.

Aug 11,2023Placed an order on Amazon and the retailer used Whistl group for the deliver. The delivery date had passed so I checked the tracking details. The parcel was apparently lost. All of a sudden the parcel was located on the tracking system and was scheduled for delivery. Then I received confirmation that the parcel had been handed to a resident and the delivery marked as complete. I was the only person home on the day of the supposed delivery and nothing was handed to me! I also have a RING doorbell and no delivery was made! Whislt Group have completely lied about the delivery. NO DELIVERY WAS MADE!

Aug 11,2023Whistl can only be desribed as utterly incompetent. Whenever they are delivering items bought ftom a uk vendor to be delivered to a uk address they fail every time. The items never arrive. At least i got a refund. If you want to have a succesful business do not use whistl. If you want to send something mske sure the vendor does not use whistl

Jul 21,2023This groups excuse for non deliver is ‘Unable to locate the address”. Its on a main road and they had the FULL UK postal address. Call them up - refer back to the seller. Load of total rubbish. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

Jul 18,2023Whistl have just emerged as new contenders for worst delivery company, item collected and dispatched over a week ago, tracking on the Whistl website shows that it's been sitting at the depot for the past four days with no attempt to deliver at all, I'm not surprised that I'm reading so many other reviews talking about items that have been lost!

Jul 17,2023If it wasn't for the kindness of a neighbour 2 streets away where the parcel was delivered (and they were plants) who got in his car and brought the parcel round, I would never have seen them. The address was clear on the parcel so no excuses

Jul 16,2023Terrible company, there is no customer service here, their "customer service" team are deliberately obstructive and refuse to help with package information. I will never order from any company who use them as delivery method, the delivery timescales are ridiculous you could be forgiven for thinking they are picking up from the Arctic circle.

Jul 14,2023Stating item has been delivered to Sandwell - I live nearly 30 miles from Sandwell so it has NOT been delivered!!! No mechanism to contact them and no idea what’s happened to my item. Will not use a seller who uses them again!!

Jul 14,2023Just horrified by how long this company takes to deliver. Would never have used Amazon seller had I known. This book is coming from a nearby post code, not from a polar research outpost. Almost two weeks ETA? I regularly receive parcels from the USA that are not sent expedited, but arrive sooner that this will.

Jul 12,2023I wouldn’t even give them 1 star, a company has sent two replacement deodorants as one I bought I was allergic to. Not been able to try the sensitive one as whistl said on the first one it had been handed to Royal Mail and the second on their tracking says it’s at depo and on Shop tracking says passed to delivery partner. Please companies don’t use whistl as your delivery pay a bit extra and use someone else. They are useless

Jul 12,2023FIVE STAR....Was initially horrified when I saw the reviews after finding out an Amazon delivery for a car part that I really needed by the date it was advised it would be delivered by. On the day stated I had message saying would be delivered by 8pm, it was delivered by friendly courier midday on the day that it was stated it would. Is it a postcode lottery as it if you get a 5* or a 1* experience??

Jul 08,2023My delivery of a music book ordered through Amazon never arrived either. All I got was a Running Late notice. Running late? In other words , never. Avoid this company at all costs as they are so unreliable.

Jul 01,2023Plus jamais ce transporteur de colis,longue très longue la livraison,aucune explication,honnêtement a éviter,ne confiés pas vos colis à ce transporteur,ils doivent livrer en vélos et traverser la manche à la nage .. c’est le pire transporteur auquel j’ai eut à faire.. une honte.. je ne les remercie sûrement pas..🤬🤬🤬

Aug 19,2023Ordered something on ebay on 4th of August. Still not arrived by 18th of August two weeks later. Apparently on the tracking item was handed over to Royal Mail on the 16th whatever that means. As Blackpool Royal Mail has also gone down hill lately I’m not expecting to see item anytime soon. Wouldn’t recommend Whistl. Wouldn’t send anything with this carrier.
