One of the worst courier companies out there. Placed an order with a company who handed the parcel to Whistl within 2 days. It took almost 3 weeks for them to deliver it to me. Unfortunately I did not know the parcel would be sent by Whistl otherwise I would not have ordered.

Ridiculous...bought something from uk, didnt know itll be shipoed with this bad service. Its been over 12 days now that they have the package and its still in the uk (thats what the tracking says atleast). Update: IT ARRIVED The tracking just didnt show any new informations for some reason, but it arrived safely, just a bit late, but thought it was already lost so i dont care.

Three stars because Whistl did what they were meant to - correctly managed the delivery of a parcel I ordered. Like others I do not understand the point of Whistl. May be easier for a business but not a good experience for a consumer of that business. Whistl passed my parcel to Royal Mail who, in my region, have been excellent even through COVID. Once the parcel was passed to Royal Mail tracking stopped as the tracking number only works for Whistl. The item was a rare book which the seller stated would be posted through tracked Royal Mail. It was delivered by Royal Mail within a few days of ordering, but was only tracked up to the point of Whistl passing the item over… had the item been lost I would not have been pleased! Five stars to Royal Mail for keeping services going through difficult times. Completely neutral experience with Whistl but do not see the point for a good consumer experience.

First of all, nothing suggested my parcels' delivery will be managed by Whilst. And yes, managed not delivered. Whilst is a management company not a courier so all my parcels were delivered by usual - Amazon, Hermes, DHL and so on. There were two profound differences, drivers weren't the usual once and the logistics of deliveries was handled by Whistl. As a result it was: 3 late arrivals and 1 missing - replaced by the retailer for free after Xmas. Verdict - they are s..t at their job. But one thing's worrying me the most, how come all parcels have had my landlord's name all over them?

I placed an order with Amazon to be dispatched with Whistl. I did start to be concerned yesterday when the tracking stated 'delay in transit' (largely because of all the negative reviews on here); however it was delivered today, as indicated in the updated tracking. It was delivered by Hermes, well within the original timeframe, on a horrible dark torrential day, still the courier was perfectly courteous. Perhaps bear in mind bank holidays, and half the country sick with covid.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would , Fabulosa have dispatched my parcel on the 26th it’s now the 30th and the parcel is still saying Shipment Details Created. No parcel in site . Both whistl and fabulosa couldn’t care less .

I ordered a cd from an online seller on 10th December. It was posted very shortly after. It was a Christmas gift and I waited for it to arrive. And waited, and waited. It finally turned up on 29th December, after I'd replaced it at short notice for the Big Day. I advised the seller never to use Whistl again, and looking at the other reviews on Trustpilot that was excellent advice. Someone needs to blow the Whistl on this outfit, formerly TNT. They are useless.

Item passed to Whistl on 16th December by the sender. Whistl's own tracking API shows that it was handed to the courier for delivery that day. It had not arrived by 29th December and the API had not been updated, so I queried them and they flatly denied that it had been sent out to the courier. When I asked them where it was they refused to answer, so I have concluded that my package has been stolen.

Dont really know what to say...Not really able to contact ...About as much use as a Chocolate Fire Guard. You can track a parcel untill they pass it on to royal mail,...................good luck after that

Ordered some pretty expensive clothes from disturbia not knowing who was shipping it. I am in the US and mine as well as at least one other person (same story and dates on social media) have not gotten updates for at least 21 days saying package departed UK. ruined what was supposed to be christmas presents, never using either company again.

Dumped a large parcel outside an office door nowhere near my property. No card in door and never even came to the door as cctv shows. Shocking reviews here so they clearly getting away with it as sellers obviously dont care either.

Bought a Christmas gift on Amazon for my daughter at the beginning of December, has been 3 weeks and still waiting, tracking information stopped updating since 16/Dec on Whistl tracing website. Their contact numbers didn’t work and no emails response at all.

I ordered an item from Amazon 16th December with an expected delivery of the 21st. I didn't realise the delivery was arranged through Whistl until I checked the Amazon tracking. I have queried with the retailer and they have immediately refunded for the item, immediately assuming its not coming. Clearly the retailer knew something I didn't to refund without even request. Having seen the other reviews on her I can now guess why. Poor website, impossible to track if you aren't the business. Apparently its TNT re-branded. Perhaps time to jack it in!!

Item passed to Whistl on 8 December. It is now 21 December and the item has still not been delivered. Their “tracking” information merely states that the item is “running late but on its way”. Useless company. Not fit for purpose.

On behalf of the business I work for Whistl is fantastic they always arrive on time, their drivers are polite and we are kept up to date with any and all changes in advance, Victoria Mcafee (account manager) in particularly is extremely helpful. She understands our business fully, always come prepared for our meetings and her knowledge is second to none.

Wow, difficult to believe how bad a courtier company can be. Still waiting after 11 days for RNLI carity Christmas cards and gifts, If they arrive there will not be enough time to send before final Christmas postings. Unable to track item since Whistl took receipt? Nobody from Whistl wants to communicate with me. They are scammers.

What a sham of an outfit...! - Companies like these should not be allowed to trade in the UK. My parcel has been stuck at a depot for days now and get this? - You cannot even follow up what's happening with your "tracked" item! - You are just referred to some loosely worded FAQ's. Grrrrrrrrr...
