I order from the RNLI store on 30th November ..they confirmed the parcel was despatched. Whistl are the couriers and I'm still awaiting a delivery (it's 13th December now). I can only think the parcel is either lost or stolen! ARRGGHHHH!
Ordered on 26 November 2021 now 11 December. have read many negative reviews and find that the major are in line with my experience. my order is worth a decent amount of money and I feel like it has been stolen somewhere along the line. if i do not receive my package then it would be safe to say that Whistl is a very shady and untrustworthy company that is best to avoid.
My first/last/only experience with whistle was terrible. My order was shipped to a nonexistant address (due ro an input error). The merchant wouldnt fix and advised me to cotant the US carrier. Whistl doesnt give international tracking number to recipients and US carriers dont recognize Whistl tracking. They customer service will tell you to contact the merchant ans that is takes 1 to 2 business days to get the US tracking number to the merchant. What could have be a resolvable situation has rssulting in a lost package, lost time, and lost money. I refuse to buy from any merchant that uses Whistl for international shipping ever again. Whistl has no buainess shipping internationally if they cannot assist the recipient with a real tracking number.
Ordered a small package from a company that was letterbox sized. They could have sent it via Royal Mail but NO…we get the nightmare that is Whistl. For several days there was no tracking information at all, just a message saying that shipment details had been created. As the days went on, they seemed to be weighing and measuring the parcel a lot. After 9 days they sent it to Royal Mail. What is the point of this? Why use a time wasting middle man? I eventually got my parcel but it was so ridiculously late I can’t understand what the point of Whistl is, other than to delay peoples post. USELESS.
Disastrous experience! 11 days passed from the pickup date and there was no progress on the follow-up. The company has no avenues of clear contact to formalize claims.
Whistl is being used by a company which is getting people to pay for goods that are never delivered. The company is called Kitchland.co.uk. This company gives out tracking numbers which are supposedly Whistl tracking numbers. However the Whistl tracking page doesn't recognise them and the company involved stops replying to emails.
After reading all the very bad reviews I was so worried once I had placed my order that I was going to be waiting or it wouldn’t turn up. I was worrying for absolutely nothing. I ordered my package on Thursday & I had tracking by Friday. Saturday morning I had a email to say it will arrive est Tuesday & then this morning Sunday I had a email to say arriving today…on a Sunday!! Package in perfect condition. Very happy & great delivery man!
Please anyone buying goods from an online platform make sure to ask if Whistl is involved because all this company does is instead of the seller sending it directly to the major carriers they get your goods picked up then take them to one of their warehouses and get it booked with a carrier, this practice not only adds extra unnecessary transit times but also exposes your goods to negligence or in most cases theft, then after 3-5 days they might hand it over to a carrier resulting in almost 10 days of waiting for UK shipment, if you still not convinced then use this tracking number H00IEA0056992035 on Hermes and you will see how long they take to hand it over, mines is yet to be handed over after being with them for over 3 days, not only the seller will get a very big negative feedback for using such filth but I as with many refuse to shop on any platform or any shop who uses Whistl.
Two parcels from one company sent via this company.one has status of hander over to RM for over for weeks and the other for over two weeks. Strange as all my other parcels arrive via rm but not whistls!!
box was smashed up and it looks like they ripped it open to try see what was inside luckily it wasnt valuable or else i think it wouldve been stolen

I have ordered books twice recently through Amazon, Firstly from Greener Books and then from Brit Books. In both instances, they were given to Whistl who give no tracking number and just tell me that the deliveries are late....I don't need a tracking system to tell me that!! They have no idea where they are and have blamed the Post Office. This company seems to add a level of incompetence to the whole delivery process.
Why not to work at the Whistl WH in Rushden. My child enjoyed working there as agency staff, they carried out picking, packing, returns and unloading trucks. Most of the supervisors are employed by Whistl and were OK, but some were bullies and also disrespectful. On a delivery of Scooters several £1000 of damage was done, because the Supervisor told the unloaders to just throw the boxes out of the back of the truck, because they were in a hurry. Then when my child challenged two supervisors who were being disrespectful, implying he was gay, effeminate, they obviously decided to get rid. So the agency informed by text that my child was no longer required due to poor performance. Yet another Supervisor told him that they were an asset.
Very slow service, in transit with Whistl for over a week and the they just gave it to royal mail to deliver in the end
My parcel(a book) was left jammed in my letter box. Anyone could have stolen it ,or worse still realised I wasnt at home.Was it too much trouble for them to leave a note and put it somewhere safe -or with a neighbour ?
I made a purchase from a charity and expected that the items would be delivered within the two days specified on the order after they had been despatched from the supplier. It's taken whistl 10 days to raise a tracking note and forward the items to an alternative courier to complete the delivery. Should I ever order from this charity again I'll insist that they don't use this company for the delivery.
They lose your parcels and do not want to know. Avoid using these people and use Royal Mail instead. Don’t say you haven’t been warned!!
My parcel was sent to them 3 days ago. 1st class was paid for. They appear not to know where it is. It hasn't moved past being picked up on Tuesday! Don't pay 1st class with them - it's meaningless. I haven't received my parcel.
Not a lot you can say really for a company calling themselves logistic experts. Absolutely useless they love weighing and measuring the same parcel everyday. No wonder it takes so long to be delivered. Definitely not the Hare in this race, its the tortoise by far. Next time I order anything I'm making sure Whistl have nothing to do with it. Whistl don't bother to comment on this because I'm not interested.

Dec 16,2021If I could give no stars I would. While waiting outside my sons school a Whistl truck came speeding past and knocked my wing mirror off. I followed him to his drop off and explained what he had done. He was parked on double red lines. He was so rude. He stated "Oh was that you." When I asked for his details he told me to f### off. I took video and pictures and reported him to his depot and to the police. I was assured someone would contact me from Whistl head office. Still waiting 2 weeks later. Now when ever I see a whistl truck breaking the law I take a picture. Got quite a portfolio now.
