The delivery person didn't knock at the door or ring the bell, instead they DELIBERATELY left the parcel containing a book in a puddle of water in the porch. I managed to retrieve the parcel before the water seeped through. Norwich Road, Watton, Norfolk at 14:05 on 17 March 2022.

One of the cheekiest companies on the market. Used Whistl for many years supplying masses of business only for them to cut us off after our postage dropped. Avoid this company they are not loyal and if your not beneficial to them, they will cut you off.

My parcel did not arrive and the Amazon tracking said delivery had been attempted . No note at all and never heard or saw anyone . The neighbours agreed. Seems impossible to contact them so messaged Amazon for 3days . Said will be 're attempted by next week but not tracked so I, living alone am supposed to sit for a week in silence near the door as won't state a day or a time.I Never again. 3 3rd person seller . Might take time to get money back UPDATE the parcel turned up today in good condition but the tracking has not been updated . The lady courier was very pleasant . I can go out tomorrow 😃

Still waiting a month and a half later for my parcel. Customer service is appalling and make it very hard to contact anyone. Will never be using whistl again.

The tracking data says my parcel was delivered 5th March. Guess what it wasn't and I was in all day. Goodness knows where my parcel is. I won't use any company who uses this delivery company. Once bitten twice shy. It was a present for my great nephew so I'll have to ask for a refund. No card through the door nothing

Worst ever delivery company. Ordered items from Brandalley, they never arrived. Contacted Brandalley and they had no replacements so gave me a refund. Ordered other items and still waiting. The tracking system is a joke, states dispatched but no more information.

Worst tracking ever why any company would use these couriers i don't know .I'm still waiting for a parcel and tracking shows that whistl shows they have the parcel..thats it

I waited in for 12 hours and then contacted Whistl at 8pm. Only then did they tell me that they don't deliver after 5pm. When asked why they couldn't add this to their tracking advice, they said they informed the sender. After 5pm on a Saturday! Didn't seem to occur to them that the sender would probably not be working after 5pm on a Saturday.

I ordered two books 10 days ago (in the UK, where I live) and as yet they have not arrived. I do not understand how they can justify this ridiculous length of time!

I didn't think it was possible to be this bad. The usual tale of tracking saying the parcel is delivered but it hasn't. The extra level of uselessness is that only the sender can report and the issue to Whistl and Whistl refuse to tell me who the sender is for "privacy reasons". So i have no way of resolving the issue. Avoid at all costs.

four items ordered from ebay. two days later tracking system says they were out for delivery, then they went 'on hold', four days later contacted whistl, to be told they're lost! luckily seller mustve had dealings with them before and refunded me without hesitation, whistl didnt seem interested in looking for it, or explaining how it goes from out for delivery to lost?? avoid at all costs

Failed to deliver on two days I stayed in. Then failed to send an update on situation via email as promised. Then said they could not check on where it was! I was told that their system said it had not arrived but could not look for it until the had a complaint from the sender. IE they know I do not have the package and will still do nothing to try and find it! Bizarre. Worst customer service I have ever received.

Plants and their replacements delivered by Whistl almost all arrived dead as they took 10+ days. Why anyone would choose this team I cant understand. I have a package due next Friday from Amazon...I wont hold my breath

I ordered some cheap vape liquids online with first class Royal Mail shipment. Seller had some issues with their local post office due to Covid. They chose Whistl to send parcels as it was the easiest to set up in short notice. Their promise to deliver in 3-5 working days but I had to wait for 9 days (7 working days) to receive my parcel! I buy my vape liquids online for £5 - £6 per bottle. As I ran out of the liquid because delivery wasn't made on time, I had to buy liquid for £18 from a vape shop... That is the worst delivery company in the UK. Sellers should avoid using Whistl for sending the parcels to avoid inconveniences!

Moving our warehouse operation was seamless, the Whistl Team were able to assist us with the move, systems were setup and integrations complete on time for successful launch, with no break in operational activity. The team manage our account exceptionally and are a true extension of our business. We could not ask for a better business partner.

One of their subsidiaries attempted delivery to a business at a weekend, updated the delivery status several days later at midnight saying it was delivered, it was not. No notification as to when “second delivery” would be attempted, package is now missing, wouldn’t accept responsibility for this. Reported stolen with the sender, whistl have accepted no responsibility, what package gets delivered at midnight? Terrible service, will be avoiding at all costs in the future.
