Never received any tracking email? Item was left on my doorstep and my sensible neighbour took into their house so it wasn't stolen, clearly a useless delivery company & odd that it's only ever the option for Amazon book delivery? Will ensure that I buy from a different seller of whistl is the delivery option
The tracking seems to be pointless as the status hasn't changed for 5 days now since the package was collected. Seems to be a common problem so why do vendors continue to use this service?
Should have known better than ordering off Amazon market place when Whistl was the courier. How you continue to survive in business is unbelievable. Thanks for the totally useless service.
Slow delivery (6 days from purchase) but did arrive no problems
Very poor. Item not delivered after being dispatched 2 weeks ago. Running late, apparently, with no meaningful tracking or easy means of contact. I shall order elsewhere rather than purchase goods from companies using Whistl in future.
A Please-do-not-bend letter delivered via Whistl and it's been opened and whatever was inside has been taken. First time I've experienced this and I'm disgusted. Whistl is now a swear word in my vocabulary.
I placed an order and the seller sent it through Whistl. The item was delivered to the carrier on 05-12-2023. On 07-12-2023 they stopped posting updates about the delivery. It has been more than 10 days since the last update and they do not respond to emails and do not update tracking. It would be a Christmas gift that certainly won't arrive in time when normally it takes no more than 5 working days from this shipping point to the recipient.
Lost my parcel, and when asked to help locate… thin air, no idea were it was. First time and last time using this company. To all stay away from sending with this company.
Worst Courier: cannot reach by any means, cannot lodge a complaint, do not have any useful information. I am waiting for a package that was sent from the UK to Greece since 17/11/2023 and as of today 12/12/23 still not received.
My parcel has been showing at depot since 5th December. No 'contact us' option on the website. L12612111004299068 and I used to think Evri was the worst The package arrived on 12th Dec
Items still haven’t arrived and they have already lost one parcel
The delivery driver rang my bell extremely briefly and did not wait for me to answer so that by the time I got to the front door he was already in my neighbour’s garden delivering a parcel to my neighbour. He had left a large parcel 2 foot 7inches by 4 foot on my doorstep fully visible from the street. When I asked him if he just intended to leave it like that, from his reply that had been his clear intention. Also, I had received no notification from Whistl of the intended delivery time and no possibility of providing alternative instructions for leaving the parcel.
Item delivered incorrectly.Phoned Whistl.Caller washed hands said it was customers mistake and told to DESTROY parcel. Was pet medicine. Thoughtless and cruel.
If I could add a MINUS Star I would. A book from Amazon UK Seller marked as delivered on the 25 November 2023 Completely untrue. Past week I've been housebound with a large notice on my door. "ALL Deliveries PLEASE RING" Whistle drivers either can't read or their system is rubbish. All I get from Amazon Seller is "it's been delivered" I've asked for a refund. Still waiting for a reply. I've also got three more books from the same Company held up at the Bristol Depot. Will I ever get those.? Can I trust Whistle. NO. Who is worse EVRI or WHISTL.
Eight days to deliver a small package. No updates for a week. I've had deliveries from China in less time, with tracking updates every step of the way.
Second time in a fortnight that an Amazon delivery has been "stuck" with Whistl for over 10 days. Tracking says that they have scheduled a collection, and the onward couriers say they are expecting a delivery. Whistl's 'live' help consists of a bot - no way of contacting a human. Worst logistics service I've come across.
I just had a bed frame delivered and the driver didn't even have the decency to deliver it to my door but left it on the ground floor , I live on the second floor, how am I supposed to carry this up on my own ?? He could have at least helped me to carry it up !!!! I honestly expected more from a logistics company.
Completely useless, five on and my next day delivery still hasn't arrived. Tracking page now states: " Package transferred to another carrier for delivery". Isn't that what they were supposed to be being paid for ?
Stated customer refused delivery, when no delivery attempt was even made. Waiting for them to return parcel back to seller before the seller will even begin to refund me. Absolute sham of a delivery service!

Jan 06,2024All of my items were not delivered on time. Also, packages were eventually just left at entrance of my apartment building along with packages for other tenants in the building. Not safe. Terrible service yet again.
