Whistl is a delivery management company providing efficient, high-quality and competitively priced services across Parcels, Fulfilment, Business Mail, Advertising and Contact Centre both in the UK and internationally.
They tell lies on behalf of amazon saying they delivered parcel at such a time knowing they did not. In my case when they say they delivered, I was outside cleaning my car!!!!!
The only thing we got was a tracker number by email, no stage process,explanation or delivery. "Live chat" online was unavailable. Contacting the sender revealed they had in excess of 50 customers notifying non-delivery by Whistl. A simple delivery of a memory card - 8 days later, nothing. 7th March Still nothing. A formal written complaint has been sent, complete with a screenprint of the empty tracker screen and tracker number. "We are not responsible for..." says it all . Sellers are paying for responsible delivery - anything less is IRRESPONSIBLE. 12th March.Initial seller refunded, making it necessary to re-order from another seller . Unfortunately they also use Whistl. Apart from generating a tracker number there has been no movement towards delivery after 5 days. Just where are all these small packages going?
Mark, Andy, and the team are great. Always helpful and super efficient. Whistl are really proactive as a business, so we see them as a key partner as we grow our business.
Having dealt with various courier support teams, Whistl is by far the easiest and most responsive team to work with. If an issue crops up, it is dealt with the same day. There is always someone to contact and provide advice and the setup was smooth and quick. The team’s performance has been fantastic. Thank you especially to Mark and Marcos.
If you are in the mood to get your products delivered to a location other than the intended one, then whistl UK is the answer. I live in Cambridge, and the company decides to deliver my products to someone in Selby. Ridiculous!
My parcel reached their depot over a week ago and has gone no further. And there seems to be no way of contacting them unless you are a business customer. I guess I shouldn't expect much from a company who can't even spell it's name correctly
To Whistle for - defined as 'to wait in vain'. Waited in vain for 3 days and still waiting. No communication, no new promise, tracking number wrong . Absolutely hopeless.
It's a shame you can't give zero stars. Never heard of this company before and after reading the reviews I can understand why. The whole thing smells like it's some kind of scam. Feels like they just hope people aren't going to go through with the hassle of getting a refund and even if we do they're none the worse off. If I ever find out a seller is using this company I'll be sending in a complaint right to the platforms operators.
The company sent me my tracking number and the notification that my parcel was had a 'collection scheduled'....3 weeks ago. There has been nothing since. I've organised a refund with the vendor. Very disappointed.

*** driver stole package *** Driver arrived put package on my door step took a picture of it marked it as delivered. Then picked it back up and walked off back to he’s truck! This is theft
This is the second time I have ordered something that use this firm only to be informed its running late will be delivered on such a date to then be informed it’s “ gone missing” very convenient. Would NEVER use this firm for deliveries coz you most likely won’t receive your item.
Ordered from seller, Who used Whistl, no tracking details after one day, no explanations, no apologies, no order received. This is the 3rd time I've suffered at Whistl's crap service. I won't make another purchase from a seller using this useless company. Angry!
Whistl have stated that my parcel was delivered at 2.50 on Jan 31st. It wasn’t. There were 2 people in all day, no attempt made to ring bell or knock on door, no picture taken, no note left. Nothing at all. Absolutely useless
At the time of writing this, my package is 4 days late. Would not recommend.
Parcel not delivered. Collected from sender and then lost without any trace. Needed to follow up myself after 15 days to get this info - the company did not update tracking. Basically - useless.
Customers services are rude ! 3 weeks I've waited for this item and still not here blaming royal mail ! These lot don't know there bum from there elbow ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! whatless company whom should just cease trading!
Normally I'm one of those despairing at the delivery company BUT today Whistl delivered. What can I say but I know how it feels when it goes wrong but today it went right! So I'll give them the 5 stars.
Well thank you once again Whistl, for a promised delivery 3 days ago, yes I am still waiting for my item to be delivered..!! I have contacted the company who has agreed to refund my money. I have suggested that they discontinue all ties with your joke of Courier Company. If I could give minus 5 stars I would. If I had known that Whistl were going to be the courier, I would have ordered from another Company. I am totally amazed that you are still in business.

Mar 19,2024Absolutely shocking experience with all my parcels this year and not just with whistl through music magpie which says "Handed over to delivery carrier whistl bedford" and this was on 8th March and hasn't changed since was told carrier lost it and still waiting on my refund, also have had the same issue with Rarewaves USA item shipped on January 31st and never received it, so are parcels going missing or being stolen these days cause it ain't making sense puts me off ordering through third party on Amazon now.
