Apr 27,2025This is about the 4th order we have made and always as described . Packed efficiently and clean and easy to handle . Took advantage of having the sale to have the logs in hessian bags for our convenience although have not used them as yet . Doubt we will be disappointed

Apr 25,2025Their carrier refused to deliver because they thought they couldn't get a 7.5 ton truck to me, despite my assurances that many larger ones had managed it fine. IronicIy Id not used them for several years because last time they sent a 40 ton with only my small pallet on which permanently damaged the bottom of the track. They charged me £42 to cancel the order. Amazed that they asked me to do a review!

Apr 25,2025Great fast delivery and in the time spot specified. I requested a smaller lorry but ended up with an 18 tonne lorry. The driver was fab though and still managed to get the lorry in. Amazing bit of driving!

Apr 24,2025Fortec Distribution delivery member B Taylor & Sons Transport Ltd. consignment number 099ZBR0009401. I have used white horse logs for 10 years or so. All good..... Until now! Driver no show yesterday. After a couple of calls I was told driver would be with us at 5pm. At 530pm I was told he had had an accident so no delivery. Nobody had bothered calling me. Rescheduled for today, and when 15 mins late I called. (again, no one bothered calling me) Eventually haulier called to say driver had tried to deliver but tail lift wasn't strong enough. Driver didn't bother ringing doorbell AND managed to avoid his truck (18 tonne?) being spotted by ring doorbell, which captures every car going past. Or, am I being fed porkies? 🤔🤔 If this is how white horse are going to deliver, I'm buying from Luxury Wood in future. 😡😡😡

Apr 23,2025Awful delivery company. Book a date and doesn’t arrive on that date with no communication that this is the case. Second time now where it hasn’t and I’ve chased to be promised an am delivery the day after which hasn’t arrived in the morning. This time the pallet fell off the tail lift with the pump truck. Thankfully no one injured but had to move each bag to get them off the roadway, then move them again. Lots of damaged bags and no offer of compensation from White Horse. Never use them again. Shame as the previous carrier was great. Would have left -1 if I could have.

Apr 23,2025The wood pellets are great and I would not use any other bedding by choice. They were delivered by a very nice driver who manged to get the pallet into the barn exactly where I wanted it - the first ever driver to manage that for me! My issue is with the pallet itself - considering the weight on it, it is not robust enough and yet again it was broken as it was unloaded!

Apr 20,2025I ordered 4 pallets of wood pellets, they arrived on the due date however out with the 2 hour slot given (they were early, and I don’t stay on the site for delivery so missed the lorry) there were people there who could take delivery however 2 of the pallets were damaged quite badly resulting in several bags of pellets being burst which is not good. Had I been there I would not have accepted one pallet as it was so badly damaged. I contacted White Horse immediately and was told to take pictures etc of damage which I did, and I was offered a credit for 12 damaged bags which was something however I would have preferred my money back as it has put me off ordering again which is a pity as the quality of the product is good. The lady at customer services was helpful and quick to deal with my issues.

Apr 28,2025The wood is high quality, I've bought it several times now, it comes on a pallet wrapped in plastic so that even if it's raining on delivery day, the wood stays bone dry. you won't find better delivery or quality.
