Apr 03,2025Contacted a lady called Vicky, very responsive, helpful, kind and respectful, we had some bumps with the delivery, but this was not the company, it was a third party, the service provided from white horse energy, was impeccable, from answering our query’s and getting back almost immediately, we cannot thank Vicky enough, we will be a long term returning customers. Definitely recommend 10* Thank you all again!

Apr 01,2025I had booked and paid extra for a morning delivery slot but I had to chase towards the end of the morning to then be told that it was going to be delivered in the afternoon. They apologised profusely but I really needed a morning delivery . On the palet 1 bag was ripped and pellets were falling off .

Mar 31,2025I have been using White Horse for many years and the products and service has always been 5 stars , unfortunately my last purchase / the unbranded pellets were not fit for purpose, every cycle of the boiler results in a shutdown due to the clinker left in the grate , I was hoping I was getting a bargain but the only thing they are good for is horse bedding , extremely disappointed.

Mar 31,2025Price and quality of pellets is good, however on this occasion the delivery process failed as I did not get any communication from the pallet company as to when they were to deliver. Normally this process is fine.

Mar 31,2025Ordering improvement You need to amend website ASAP to allow for different delivery dates and comments. Rang straight after placing order online to change delivery date, this was not passed onto the hauliers. So they tried to deliver when no one was available, poor customer service.

Mar 31,2025We’ve always had a great service from White Horse Energy. Quality products at a very fair price. We have in the past been given delivery tracking information but this time we didn’t get anything, just the day from White Horse when the product was going to be delivered. This makes it difficult to plan the day as we have to be present when the wood is delivered to give advice on where it needs to go and for security reasons.

Apr 03,2025My sister has a one tonne hopper for her pellet boiler. This company supplied oversized pellets mixed in with the usual sized pellets, which jammed her hopper causing her £700.00 of engineer costs. The so called Customer Service Manager accused my elderly, disabled, and currently without hot water sister, because her hooper is jammed for the third time in as many weeks with the oversized pellets, of being a liar. The manager demonstrated that she had no knowledge of pellet boilers or hoppers and how they work. My sister pointed out she could prove her order via her bank statement. At which point the so called manager said, "You might have bought other pellets elsewhere with cash". I suggest that unless you want your boiler jammed or as customer you wish to be called a liar and you would prefer to order your pellets from a company that understands pellet boilers and hoppers; that you select a different supplier.
