I have had some difficulties with the hauliers you use before; damaged bags getting the pallet off the lorry however what happened with this delivery was much worse. End result was the pallet falling off the lorry onto the road, blocking traffic, damaging multiple bags. Highly dangerous, very inconvenient

Feb 26,2025Awful customer services and communication regarding delivery (was no tracking / and then was told to wait in all day and nothing ) delivery company were as helpful as could be but company supplying pellets was not - refund ended up being issued in end but left us ve try short on bedding while waiting for the refund to come due to the company’s fault

Feb 24,2025Wooden pallets could not take weight making them difficult to unload and impossible to move with tractor. Some bags split. Only 54 bags on a pallet should have been 65.
