Mar 12,2025Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced. I wasn't able to be present for my pallet delivery of wood pellets, and when I arrived I found that they had obviously dropped the pallet with pellets spilled everywhere. I contacted White Horse who after a lot of back and forth insisted that the only solution would be for me to move the bags again back to the spot where they were delivered so that the delivery company could come and collect them and replace with a new pallet. I did this at considerable effort (it's not an easy task to move over 50 bags of wood pellets as a small woman) and the drivers didn't turn up. I'm now faced with a pile of bags of pellets that I will need to move again, no apology and no offer of compensation.
