Your customer service team assured me that having changed the company you use for deliveries everything would be fine - and it was. The delivery was on the day promised, the information from the carrier was timely and accurate and the delivery driver was incredibly helpfull. Feb 16,2025Having used White Horse previously and been really pleased, on this occasion some of the logs were not of the same quality, I had in excess of 20 that were rotten, obviously burning extremely quickly. Delivery was prompt and the crate was well packaged.

Feb 16,2025The pellets are OK, but the bags are too thin. Several split while moving. Delivery is always an issue. Despite the best efforts of the drivers, this really is not a home delivery service.

Feb 15,2025These unbranded pellets are horrible for horse bed use. They are very dark, so the stable looks dirty, and they are not very absorbent. Never had this problem before with Whitehorse unbranded pellets: they are usually light, fluffy and very absorbent

Feb 14,2025Disappointed that the driver refused to attempt delivery stating there was no access but did not contact me to advise of this. I called WH and was advised the driver would call me but he didn’t. Waited all day for the delivery only to be told there was no access for an 18T when there was, then had to pay another £30 to have them redelivered in a 7.5T

Feb 17,2025There was an issue with the delivery of 975kg of wood chip pellets. White Horse Energy helped to resolve this. The delivery company stated that kerbside delivery means leaving goods on the road not the pavement. The pallet that the chips were delivered on was badly broken and therefore unstable
