Feb 10,2025Pleasantly surprised, we bought the recycled “ value “ Pellets with low expectations,( we have had some “ disappointing buys off some other suppliers, burn quality and glass sooting being but two. Your product 4 days in are excellent, lights well and burn noticeably hotter than some we have had. Sooting is acceptable. If I’m being picky get your baggers to go up a grade in polythene , quite a few on the pallet had holes in and they all need gentle handling to avoid splitting, not bags to be left outside. Overall though very pleased
