Feb 08,2025High quality pellets and very well packed on pallet - no risk of damage to bags in transit. Delivery driver very helpful. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because delivery not made on scheduled day - not the first time this has happened - with no reason given.

Feb 08,2025Delighted with the product and service . My only moan is I did specify delivery had to be in a 12 tonne truck due to narrow lane and drive but it arrived in an 18 tonne truck which did cause issues !
