Jan 24,2025Driver didn’t refer to clear delivery notes, Lots of bags broken- inside the wrap. Bags pellets in were not fit for purpose, Complaint resulted in a refund of 4 bags, however we probably lost more than this.

Jan 24,2025The pellets are really good .Only thing I’d complain about was the fact I asked you to call me before delivery so I could open the gate to let the driver in .I had a phone call from a friend saying they were left outside the gate which meant I had to wheelbarrow 65 bags of pellets up the lane .

I am delighted to report that this advice was given freely and clearly on all their products. At no time was there any pressure exerted to make a purchase. However I felt confident and immediately made an order which was a processed without any trouble plus a 5% discount. Delivery was made soon after and unloaded efficiently. The logs burn well.
