Jan 28,2025Recieved a pallet of kiln dried ash logs on Monday started loading them into my log store as rain was due noticed straight away that a lot of the so called logs were nothing but large pieces of kindling so. Immediately phoned the firm up to complain spoke to karin customer services manager who then asked me t o email photos to her I said I didn't know how to do that as I am 76 years old and not technical and she then said that they could figure in 20 % not to specification but what I have recieved are not even logs I then phoned my son up who came. 10 miles and sent the photos for me which were sent yesterday with a note saying when you recieve them could you respond which an email was recieved today at 1147am stating that logs werewithin our stated specification and she added that she had shown supply chain manager and quality control manager and they all confirmed that decision I then phoned the firm up to talk to Karen everyone who has not since replied feel very let down with the outcome

Jan 28,2025Shocking after sales support. We received a pallet full of spilt bags. It was reported by the delivery company. Because of this we accepted delivery. White horse energy only offered one bag, then upped it to two bags on my account. So I had to buy more to receive my compensation so a very damaged load.

Jan 28,2025Disappointing Quality and Poor Customer Service I decided to try these pellets based on the recommendation that they produce no dust, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from what was promised. The quality of the pellets is poor, and they didn’t perform as expected. Contrary to the claim, there was significant dust, and the glass screen was blackened almost immediately after use. I’ve gone back to using my usual brand of pellets (Now back in stock) for some time with no issues, and they are also cheaper. I reached out to the company for a refund, as the product didn’t meet the expectations, but after two weeks of emailing them and chasing up, I’m still waiting for a resolution. Overall, I would not recommend these pellets. The quality just isn't there, and the customer service has been disappointing.

Jan 25,2025Easy to order. Value for money. Good product. Only slight problem with whoever drives the forklift truck, not being too careful. There were a few bags damaged in the bottom layer where the folks had been too high and gone through the bags, but the clingfilm wrap had kept most of in.
