Dec 24,2024Thank you White Horse Energy, we used you for the first time for a pallet of bio-mass boiler wood pellets, which we have done for the past 7 years. What impressed us was as follows: the lowest delivery and vat inclusive price, we were given a three day delivery date, once the pallet was delivered, it was in good condition and well wrapped, the pellets were in strong plastic bags and for the very first time, there were no punctured bags leaving pellets all over the ground! Very Happy and wishing you all a Happy Christmas.

Dec 23,2024Good wood, cut uniformly and generally straight shapes. Delivered fast. A few pieces are dry but previously rotted, making them lightweight and poor for heating. The old courier delivered to our door down a narrow bumpy lane, but the new one wouldn't, so I had to trans-ship. Driver was personally helpful though.
