Dec 21,2024Horrendous company to deal with don’t do it ! Delivery don’t arrive when booked in , arrived 2 days later and the delivery driver damaged my gates and wall post. The customer service manager Karen Everson is extremely rude and does not care. Her tone on the call whilst trying to arrange the first delivery attempt was intimidating so I recorded all subsequent calls with them as I see they make unfounded allegations against other customers. They accept no responsibility and try to fob you off. Taking legal action

Dec 21,2024Products ok but need to use better bags as they were all split at the bottom pellets all over the road which takes longer to put away also new driver won’t bring them closer to the out buildings which makes it very hard work to put them away Kind regards Rich

Dec 20,2024I ordered a crate of Kiln dried ash firewood which upon delivery I found to be of excellent quality and competitively priced for the quantity of logs. When I phoned to make the order, the operative advised that delivery would take place on 4th December, however, when the job was put out to the couriers, they obviously had other ideas as we were soon advised that it would be 9th December. As it happened, this was not a problem. The delivery driver was courteous and helpful. thank you.

Dec 20,2024Driver claimed that even with an electric pallet mover, he could not move more than 600kg, and expected me to have a fork lift. I had to divert him to a friends transport yard, borrow his fork lift and unload him myself ( despite being unqualified to do so) and the my friend ended u driving the pallets to my house. Even a limited access pallet weight more than 600kg!
