Dec 18,2024We bought a crate of oak last year and it was brilliant burnt well and was super hot. This year at the beginning of winter we bought a load of wood off a local supplier thinking it would be better as they were close. The wood was awful barely heated up I was beginning to think there was an issue with our burner. Ordered another crate from white horse energy and wow was a difference! Extremely hot. Definitely will not be shopping elsewhere again!

Dec 18,2024The transport arrived on time however having had deliveries from different carriers on this occasion the pallet was left kerb side as the operator’s equipment could not cope with the slight incline from the road into the garage. Previous pallets have been able to be put into the garage.

Dec 18,2024Bone dry quality logs chopped to a usable range of thicknesses. Packed in manageable sewn paper-based bags that are easy to carry and open - just pull the correct end of the sewn thread, and the stitching unravels. Otherwise the bag can be opened with a pair of scissors. No mess, no saw dust, no scrap. Delivery service great. Pallet on time and helpfully moved onto driveway and positioned exactly where requested. Pallet wrapped in plastic sheeting in case it rained. A vey carefully thought out service. Many thanks.

Dec 17,2024Wood is great. Very well packaged. Delivery staff excellent. HOWEVER it arrived four days before expected and as with my previous delivery, despite having ticked the box for a smaller delivery vehicle, it arrived on a 26t lorry. Your product is excellent but please can you sort out the dispatch coordination.

Dec 17,2024White horse are consistently the best priced logs in can find. Very happy with my purchase. However I do wish their delivery company would give better indication of delivery time as I waited in all day and it arrived the following day. Morning or afternoon would do, but that is not a white horse energy problem!

Dec 17,2024Products and pricing are good if you can get them to deliver to you. Earlier this year I waited two weeks and suffered multiple cancellations until finally they delivered a pallet of soggy wood pellets, yes they only charged me for the dry ones. Months later I tried them again and they were supposed to deliver a tonne of pellets on Friday. The pallet agents sent the truck with a manual forklift truck that had a max capacity of half tonnes so naturally the guy couldn’t deliver. I was told they would be back today. An agent phoned me this morning and told Me that I had to order smaller amounts (and pay more) they told me it was a miracle that I had received deliveries previously as I have a long drive way. I was again promised a call back today, they didn’t call me, I phoned them this afternoon and after holding for 10 minutes and reaching the front of the queue they cut me off, I despair! Awful customer service and it looks like a chilly Christmas!
