Dec 14,2024Placed an order online for firewood on Tuesday of this week and followed up straight away by phone to request a Friday (13th delivery date instead of Thursday 12th due to work commitments) where I was assured that my order would be delivered on Friday as requested. Made arrangements to WFH today to receive delivery, no emails or comms received on the scheduled delivery earlier today so I phoned only to be told (initially) that it was delivered yesterday (Thursday) I told Vicky who took the call (who was actually very helpful up to the point of the excuse given) that it was down for a Friday delivery as committed to over the phone by WHE during the Tuesday telecon, only to be told a little while later that the delivery wouldn’t be today as planned but sometime next week!! Most frustrating given the commitments I made today to be at home to receive the delivery…I ended up having to cancel down the order which Vicky arranged. Disappointed though with the ‘waffle’ excuse that ‘IT fault’ was to blame for delivery date mixup, more like user error on their part and the person whom I spoke to on Tuesday has a lot to answer for….poor poor service overall! Massive inconvenience as due to work commitments not around next week to place/receive an order from another company!! Stay clear of this company *Edit* Wish I’d read the reviews on here first…systemic failure with deliveries being missed, very early or very late, where the company apologise but do SFA to address!! Another apologetic reply incoming from WHE instead of trying to put things right and get rid of their cowboy outfit of a delivery contractor!!!

Dec 12,2024Product is fine but the delivery is NOT - if you're unable to control the end result then unfortunately this only reflects on White Horse Energy. Specified delivery dates missed (THREE times), no explanation given and when finally arrives, it does so with bags torn and damaged and pellets all over the floor of the truck - regret won't use again :(

Dec 12,2024Quick ordering and fast delivery. Delivery was meant to be a.m. but arrived after lunch. The company were apologetic and immediately refunded postage. Not only was the whole process smooth, it's a great demonstration of customer service when they aim to put things right if something isn't right.

Dec 11,2024I placed my order online on the Friday 29th November with an estimated Wednesday delivery. On the Friday I rang to see when my delivery was I was told between 1-3. Although they did try to deliver in the dark which I said couldn’t happen as the delivery will be part on the single track road. It’s now the 11th December and still no delivery. The delivery company Contracted out my delivery to someone else who are obviously unless. Not great communication with White Horse Energy.

Dec 10,2024I have no issues with your company. Your wood was sent out promptly and is of very good quality. I do have issues with your delivery company . They delivered late when it was dark. His machine could not push the pallet into our driveway. This is admittedly not tarmaced but all previous deliverers have managed to put it at least inside. This guy left it on the pavement and we were worried that someone could walk into it in the dark. He wasn’t in the least concerned
