Nov 07,2024Good Morning, we were given less than 12 hours notice of the delivery. The driver arrived about 19.00 hr 07.00pm and had to abort the drop because it was dark and he his reverse camera was not working. He returned the next day and once AGAIN we or should i say my wife had to help reload a pallet as the pallet AGAIN was broken.

Nov 05,2024I docked one star, although perhaps it should've been more, due to a week-long delay in delivery. That and not the best communications along the way trying to sort out the problem. But these things do happen from time to time, particularly here in the wild and woolly north-west coast of Scotland. As for the product, I will return after I have burnt some of it!

What is equally important is the customer care service I have been treated with respect, politeness and prompt action when I had a query in recent weeks. I spread the word to my friends as it is so important using kiln dried logs.

It has still not arrived even though I’ve been asked to do this feedback. I’ve had to be in contact directly with the delivery company myself as customer service at white horse energy can’t track it once it’s ’out for delivery’
