Nov 01,2024You are a fantastic company. The wood is great for our wood burner and it is delivered really quickly. The delivery drivers are amazing and even though we are on a main road with a steep drive, they always manage to get it delivered into our garage at the top of the drive. Thank you so much.

Oct 30,2024I ordered in plenty of time for the pellets to arrive before I ran out, however the delivery service was very lacking, initially I ordered on the 10th Oct and was told delivery would be the 15th, not too bad, however the pellets finally arrived on the 28th, I was offered a £20 credit off my next purchase but am not inspired to order again after my experience!!

Oct 28,2024We have been getting pellets from this company for the last three years, we’ve recently had to wait nearly three weeks for delivery. The standard of service has definitely gone down , don’t think you’ll get your pellets when they say you will. Our last order all the bags had a split in the same place and makes stacking impossible we had to tape every bag (3 pallets), it’s obviously a fault from the manufacturer but customer service does not seem bothered, our firelighters were missing also and I’m still waiting for a reply from them. Not a great service!!!

Oct 28,2024First class service. The wood is so well stacked and great value for money. It burns very well, much better than my previous supplier. The delivery driver was amazing going above and beyond to get the pallet up our driveway to the log store.

Oct 28,2024I have been a customer for at least 6 or 7 years and I must say that their wood is the BEST I have ever seen. HOWEVER, their delivery logistics are ABYSMAL. This is the 4th time in a row that Whitehorse Energy has delivered a 500kg pallet of wood either to the wrong address or on the wrong day, which has caused no end of problems for myself and my neighbours. I just can not risk another delivery disaster, so I shall be buying my wood elsewhere in future. Which is a real shame, because it is such a great product.

Oct 26,2024Delivery was a complete nightmare. Booked to arrive for 15 October, we stayed in all day and two days later in response to me calling was told it would now come a few days later - so we stayed in again but no wood arrived. It was all blamed on the delivery company yet I never once got a text or email telling me when the delivery was due or any acknowledgment that we’d had poor service or inconveniences. Really bad post order customer service (apart from pre order helpful advice when deciding most appropriate wood to choose) and complete failure to take responsibility for the inconvenience. We were really disappointed. No offer of some kind of discount to compensate. Very bad service.

Oct 25,2024I ordered a full pallett of wood pellets, with the book in delivery service. When I had heard nothing I called to be told they had no stock and were waiting on a shipment. And I would receive the following week. The following week I called as heard nothing again this went on with the excuses changing to it was the delivery company that was the problem. I took days of work for dates promised and surprise NO delivery. They don't contact you, you have to constantly chase. After weeks of lies I cancelled the order and was expecting to have to wait an eternity for my refund but the lady I spoke with actually did get it processed quickly so I was grateful for that. Have gone to Blue ribbon wood pellets and so far they were cheaper and better service so far.

Nov 01,2024failed to honour code as failed on their website despite the failure to order being on their side. Said they couldt deliver to me despite being a long term custom. Will never sue this company again. Also called Firewood.co.uk
