Oct 28,2021WholeSale Hearing has been excellent to work with. They will try to solve any problems that you may have with your Hearing Aids! I was very hesitant at first ordering hearing aids but so glad that I did, especially from Wholesale Hearing! They are top notch!

Oct 28,2021I have been extremely pleased with the service I have received. The fact that I can sit at home and discuss my hearing requirements with an expert and then have my hearing aids reprogrammed remotely is very impressive. To then be trained to use some of the more interesting capabilities of the aids was fantastic.

Ross helped me with choosing the most appropriate hearing aid. Martin helped me get through the first weeks of using the hearing aid and very useful practical suggestions and advice from Callum when I called this week.

Oct 22,2021I had already had an aid for my right ear for the previous 18 months and following a test at Boots it was obvious I needed one for the left ear. Boots quoted £2050 for one Phonak M90 but if I had a pair of the new model they would cost £2200 and I could keep the original one as a spare, expensive spare that originally cost £2000 ! Did some research and thankfully found Wholesale Hearing who supplied the identical aid for less than £1200, I needed the pair to be matched so they sent me the prepaid postage label, I emailed my hearing test result and had the pair returned within a week. Couldn’t fault the service and the price.

Oct 18,2021Had to re order my hearing aids as the first pair were stolen by an employee at Hermes delivery services during the delivery process. No fault of Wholesail Hearing. The delivery of both pairs to the destinations given were immediate after placing the orders. Delivery by tracked royal mail service. The online programming of the hearing aids was a bit confusing. After delivery you get 3 x 20 minute phone calls. These 3 chats are offered to enable the set up of your new hearing aids. I found Zoe to be very knowledgeable as an audio oli gist but not very clear on how necessary & important it was to iron out any problems or make sure that the right programming was evaluated and done during the 3 x 20 minute calls. Overall these Signia hearing aids are good & are very well priced. I looked at many online sites to find "in the ear canal aids" but there was no other Company that matches the prices at Wholesale Hearing.

Oct 12,2021Very straight forward for a very difficult prescription. Required adjustment after trying for three weeks. Problems solved on line minimum fuss. Saved £600 for for one hearing aid from local audiologist and supplied with a superior top range model. Initially sceptical as have been using aid for a very long time. Not sure whether it would work with remote But all fine
