Delivery timetable meticulously respected. Unlike the big high street operators contact with and response by Ross is almost immediate.

Aug 05,2021I ordered Resound One 9 hearing aids with M&RIE receivers but when they arrived, the receivers were not M&RIE and therefore did not have the revolutionary microphone in the ear which I had wanted. I asked for clarification on this and was told that my hearing loss was too great for the M&RIE receivers. I was not happy with this and told Wholesale Hearing that I would return the aids. I then received a call from them telling me that they had now decided that I could be issued with the M&RIE receivers although this might limit future flexibility of the aids. I returned the aids to Wholesale Hearing and they were fitted with the M&RIE receivers. Wholesale Hearing has been readily available to alter the settings but the aids are still not performing as well as I had anticipated. Wholesale Hearing has been available for adjustments to the hearing aids and I have had this done a couple of times. I have also had a zoom type consultation with the audiologist who readjusted the aids via the app. The audiologist also expressed the view that the M&RIE receivers were ok for my hearing loss and that they could be exchanged for non M&RIE type receivers in the future at minimal cost. I saved about £1500 on the price of the Resound Aids by using Wholesale Hearing.

Jul 31,2021I was a bit wary buying from an online provider but took the plunge and the support has been amazing. They have assisting with remote tuning over the last 3 weeks and now working as should. Brilliant value for money, I saved £1700 by buying online. Not tested their warranty yet as it’s early.
