Sep 25,2021In many ways, Wholesale Hearing was great, but, and is is a big but, they did mess up big time. I ordered a left hearing aid, the invoice and the packing slip both said left, but the one that arrived was definitely a right. It does seem that no-one checked it i=on arrival from the suppliers but merely sent it onwards. I do give them credit for what happened afterwards. They had ordered the replacement even before sending me the return instructions. If i had ordered a pair (as s usual) then I would probably have given them 5 stars, as they were unfailingly helpful, and a pleasure to deal with.

Sep 24,2021After a poor experience from a well known High Street company, at time to upgrade I sought out an alternative. Wholesale Hearing had good reviews and came well recommended. This turned out to be entirely justified. From the start the service was efficient, highly professional and friendly. Easy to approach and always willing to help. My new aids were set up so well they are spot on out of the box. They are a higher technology level from my old ones and the improvement is like comparing day to night. Then of course there was a considerable saving on the price. This is how it should be done!

Aug 20,2021Most retailers of hearing aids offer you a 'free' hearing test and then try to persuade you to buy hearing aids from them - often recommending the most expensive aids. 'Wholesale Hearing' do not use this annoying approach. As soon as I was able to send Ross at 'Wholesale Hearing' the results of my hearing test, he ably and carefully lead me through the hearing aid 'minefield'. Communication between us was excellent and devoid of pressure.. My chosen hearing aids were fully programmed by the 'Wholesale Hearing' audiologist in line with my test results and were then sent to me - together with all the audiologist's comprehensive test data for future reference. There are no hidden costs and my purchase through 'Wholesale Hearing' saved me a great deal of money. I thoroughly recommend 'Wholesale Hearing'.

Aug 13,2021Was very reluctant to purchase Phonak Paradise P90 online for obvious reasons. My initial reaction "How Could This Be True And Save £800 Against Boots Hearing Price. Boots £2850 Wholesales Hearing £2089 Did a company search and looked at their accounts and all looked promising. Never had hearing aids before, so i did a lot of research and realised that hearing aid technology had advanced so much in the last couple of years that it is now possible to program these remotely to suit your hearing loss, via wifi from any part of the world. Wholesale hearing offered 30day "Money Back Guarantee' if they were not suitable. Nothing to loose i thought but would remote programming work? I went for local hearing test at Boots and they gave me a print out and was going to purchase from them until i came across Wholesale Hearing. Sent WH a copy of my print out and said they could program the hearing aids to suit, so placed my order. After about two weeks i found they needed some adjustments to the program, spoke to Ross at WH and he arranged for Martin a professional audiologist, based in Glasgow to contact me via video link using my mobile phone through the Phonak app. Martin re programmed these on line and made some changes immediately direct to my hearing aids, clever technology. Have since had a further couple of updates via Martin and now 100% All these updates were performed free of charge, great service. Any reservations i had about buying online have gone, but be careful, as i was fortunate to find Wholesale Hearing who are a very professional online company. Would i recommend Wholesale Hearing 100% YES Hope this reviews may help others who are considering purchasing online. Thank you Ross and Martin for all you help and wish you all the success for the future.
