May 21,2021Good service and good pricing!People always think that an online company wont give as good a service as going to a shop would,Ross called me for a chat about my hearing aid requirements,i went for the phonak paradise, they were with me a few days later programmed to an earlier hearing test that i had done elsewhere.I needed a couple of adjustments for tinnitus which can be done remotely by martin the audiologist and that was pretty much it.Save yourself some money and check them out for yourself.

May 03,2021My hearing requirements were not straightforward. I have hearing loss in one ear and noise sensitivity in the other. However, Wholesale Hearing was happy to set up a video meeting with an audiologist to fine-tune things. This was not limited to one appointment and I received assurances that I would get a full refund if they could not satisfy my hearing needs. And all this at half the price of Boots.

Apr 02,2021I have severe tinnitus and as a result of investigating it, discovered I had moderately bad high high frequency hearing loss. I decided to trial hearing aids with a local audiologist to see if it helped; it did. But when it came to buying some, the prices were all way too expensive, except wholesale hearing. Ross used my Noah audiometry in a pair of Phonak P90R. Subsequently, during a few remote sessions. Martin reprogrammed them with various tinnitus programs. I couldn’t be happier. I still have tinnitus, but the aids have made it easier to deal with. Further, the aids have given me back my high frequency hearing that I didn’t know I’d lost! Music, which I love, now sounds better than it did before. A win win as far as Im concerned. Thoroughly recommended.

Apr 01,2021From my first contact with Ross I cannot fault the customer service at Wholesale Hearing. Although I was officially a little apprehensive about buying online, I was very quickly proved wrong. Ross has answered every query quickly and thoroughly and is extremely friendly, nothing is too much trouble. My experience with Martin, the audiologist, has been equally as positive. He is very patient, thorough and has helped me through the process of getting used to wearing hearingaids for the first time.
