Sep 24,2024Company did not respond to my cancellation request, then I called and they sent me a cancellation form by email that I was unable to open on 3 different devices. Their software is flawed and the company is making you jump through hoops on what should be a very simple manner. Very user unfriendly.

Sep 19,2024Worth Avenue is credible. I probably would give them 4.1 stars but I trust them. They put you through a fair amount of documentation to do a claim and nothing is super fast but they are honest and track what is going on and respond to you. These days that is a lot. There are always humans to respond. I have used them for about 13 or 14 years--leaving and coming back.

There have been a couple of small claims much earlier, but recently a large claim was paid. I was very pleased about this, and highly recommend this company. Also, the adjuster, Jasmine Garrett, was as responsive, patient and forthcoming with details end-to-end through the process as anyone I've worked with. She really made the ordeal easier and more tolerable, not like most other insurance companies.

Sep 11,2024Worth Ave phone insurance has never failed me! I have filed two claims in the last three years, and everytime there has been no issue. Their rates are much better than the carriers. I recommend paying 2 years in advance since it gets you a discount, and they will always refund the premiums for any time left.
