Sep 06,2024I was on the website and it would not let me add a second phone. I called customer service and she told me I had to do it separately. I went back in to do it separately and I keep getting an error message. I have tried it multiple times.

Sep 06,2024I am a mother of 5 girls and started back 9/2016. I am still with this 100+ star company and now have 4 policies!!! Won’t leave them at all and at least another 100 students in the last year have purchased policies with this company. You can’t go wrong and you speak to people here in the United States that speak English. Why go somewhere else when it’s all here!!!

Sep 06,2024After searching on line for a replacement phone insurance policy, after changing cell phone carriers I came across this plan. I saw how easy it was to sign up, and saw I had the same coverage with a 25% lower deductible, and a 40% lower monthly premium, changing was a ‘no-brainer’.

I give them a 5 🌟 yes I have had a few claims it took a little bit for the claim Advisory to get back to me but after she did, it was all smooth sailing with no problem at all. I've never had a problem with this company. They are reasonable priced and you WON'T find a cheaper Deductible anywhere so you decide 😉

Sep 04,2024Incredibly difficult company to deal with. No way to cancel a policy on their website (my kid moved to a different school so I no longer needed the policy but I keep getting renewal notices). Would not recommend.

Aug 31,2024The app is a pain in the neck. Trying to make an account was difficult and after I succeeded and tried to print out the information I had to go to several different pages. All of the contact info printed black on a blue box, which will be illegible by the time I need this policy, if I do.
