Aug 19,2024I've been a member for several years. Occasionally my payment doesn't go thru. When this happens they contact me ASAP asking for another payment type. On Aug 8th my account was overdrawn due to a hotel stay mistake. This time the Wotth Ave never contacted me. Instead without notification they cancelled my phone insurance. Horrible!! And I now have zero trust in them.

Aug 17,2024Don't tell them it's a mechanical failure even though they listed as one of the problems that can happen they do not cover it they will deny your claim if it's mechanical failure they'll send you a message asking you are you sure it wasn't dropped or something spilled on it and if you say no it's mechanical failure it just stopped working they will deny your claim what a joke paid on it for almost a year and they denied my claim because a mechanical failure do not use these guys you wouldn't think I'd have to put individual insurance on a phone when you put insurance on a phone you think it's fully covered from all circumstances that's a joke well I guess people will know now that you have to get coverage covering everything and make sure you do or this company won't cover it so don't do coverage online call up and get covered so you can ask questions online is a scam

Aug 14,2024Representatives working on issue were excellent but hands were tied by insurance regulations. I've generally been happy with the coverage however a payment issue came up. My bank is saying that WAG never attempted an automatic payment but WAG is saying the transaction was declined. Regardless, things happen and can understand a glitch. But from there, WAG never sent notification regarding any issue (which they say they did) and coverage eventually lapsed. While it has been restarted, I'm back in the 30 day waiting period for full coverage. Seems to be multiple issues with WAG saying they did something but it not occurring. Guess I have to monitor them rather than trust WAG to handle on their own.
