Aug 27,2024They Will find every possible way to decline your claim, My husband and I, have insurance with them for years and we never had to file a claim. And last week one of the many devices we have insured under the policy with them were stolen. And to my surprise, the device will not be covered. As they denied it saying that the unattached vehicle is not included (as it does not show a force entry) even cameras from the car show the thief opening the car door and stilling it. but, because the video only shows the person opening the door and not forcing they will decline. we have the cops looking into it, but basically if the thief doesn't broke your window or something like that, you will loose your device and the money spent on this insurance. So be aware before you buy it for sure. or you will feel frustrated like we are now.

Aug 27,2024Don't trust this company, I have insurance with them on more than 2 tablets and also Apple Care+ on one of my iPads. And last week my iPad and one of the tablets were stolen from my car. I have a Tesla with footage showing the thief getting in my car and stealing it and I have the police report too. I contacted Apple and my iPad replacement has been shipped out to me already, and to my surprise, the tablet that is covered by Worth Ave group will not be covered. they denied it saying that the unattached vehicle is not included (as it does not show a force entre). I basically lost my tablet and the money I spent on this insurance. and for sure I will be canceling all the policies that I have with them. I feel like they scammed me they got my money and now that I need them I don't have my tablet just the frustration.

Aug 22,2024My phone got cracked . I opened up a claim . They sent me paperwork filled it out . Then had to get an appraisal from a repair shop. I got it. Then said I needed my serial number not imei number . I had to get the phone fixed to get that number because screen was all black. Filled out the other paper they sent for that number . Then said they won't accept that , this is the paper they sent me . I got the phone fixed sent in the number from a screen shot . Then finally approved. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for them to send the money. What would you do if you couldn't afford to fix it . You would be without a phone for a month. I have had phones fixed and it took a couple days not a month. I never had to do all there leg work either . I have been paying for this for years for 3 different phones . Never again . This place sucks .
