Ya he tenido está cobertura, y me gusta mucho. Cuando se daño mi telf si tube que buscar quien lo quien lo arregle por mi cuenta y fue demorado, pero efectivo . Por el precio está muy bien

If you are a student don't waste your money on buying their policy unless you want to waste your money. If you reading this it wouldn't be too long before they remove my review because of beings to honest about the company. We buy policy for better peace of our mind so that during unimaginable circumstances we have don't have face financial hardship. But this company's don't care about all that, they just want to reimburse. They have to understand not all circumstances are same. Every time I tried to explain them they replied me paragraphs of terms and conditions. The claim specialist wasn't interested in working with me not all I get is here's out term's and condition we can't help you. WHOEVER IS BUYING THIER POLICY I DON'T THINK THEY WILL BE READY TO WORK WITH YOU. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Jasmine, our adjuster, was great to work with. She was very responsive and helpful. Our claim was filed after returning to the US from Palestine so that added in some additional dynamics however she walked us through the process with patience and great guidance.

I was referred to WAG by a current customer .So far my experience has been minimal- I signed up online and briefly spoke with a Customer Agent..... Susie ...If I recall correctly. Anyway she answered a few questions. I fulfilled a New Policy online and it was immediately in effect. Talk about fast.. Very Impressed so far..

Dont waste your time or money buying Cell Phone or computer Insurance from these Crooks.It is this simple they do everthing possible to not pay your claim.There claims agent Kayla was rude and constantly displayed a Snarky attitude toward me.Its pretty sad when you have a legitimate claim and you have the trouble I had getting compensated for your loss.Mario

I find it heinously obnoxious to ask me for a review for an experience that was self-directed and involved not a single human other than myself. It's like the self-serve Slurpee machine at 7-11 asking for a review.... or the quarter-eating vacuum at the gas station asking me how it did. It's requests for review like THIS that make it difficult for businesses like US - who engage with customers for weeks on end, in their homes, making substantial and sustainable improvements - to receive written feedback for our exceptional service.

Their systems lost my policy information six times in 5 years. The last time they weaseled out of paying a claim because the data wasn't in their system. I tried to resolve it with them and they refused due to their policies which are not balanced in fairness. I recommend to any potential customer to look closely at their administrative policies and the tools they provide you to maintain your policy. It is out of date and incurs a very high failure rate, and the customer is expected to update. I feel they stole my money
