Sep 02,2022This rating is for Megan Tucker. She took over the claim process from Nicholas Deloach, I'd have given Nic a negative star rating. Seriously this claim process started and I was required to provide several different papers for the claim. The most frustrating one was proof of owner of my own account...I spent over 15 hours of my time emailing papers for what I thought was an easy claim process. Megan finish up the process quickly once she was involved. Thank you Megan.

Aug 26,2022I purchased a renters policy for my son, which was required by the school dormitory, while he attended freshman year. 2 years after leaving that school and transferring to a new school I receive a bill for the policy that was “auto renewed” without my permission. They said they sent me a letter in the mail notifying me but I never received it. The only reason they sent me the letter this year is because the credit card they charged was expired and they sent it via paper. After talking to the customer service rep I was told all policies are set to automatically renew. Very poor business practice.

Aug 19,2022Price is good, I have been renewed every year for the past 5 years, but my last claim make me think about it, I am just going to wait until expiration date and I will cancel, I have 5 phones and 1 MacBook, let me ezplain what happen; a filed a claim they told me, we don't cover mechanical breakdown, So I fixed myself, The adjuster tell me to keep the receipt of the battery and after 1 year she expected that I still have it, and I couldn't find it, So they didn't reimburse the money I spent fixing the screen,I explained that I order the battery online and I paid someone in the flea market to installed but they don't have any record of any work they make.
