Nov 01,2022I saved a long time for my MacBook Pro, and I need it to last until I finish college. Studying for finals junior year, my roommate basically launched her full glass of fruit juice all over my laptop. I let it dry for almost a week before I tried it. Keyboard didn't work right. Took it to Apple: keyboard shorted, mold inside the case and running too hot. I contacted Worth Ave, and they paid for the repair right away. I could hardly believe it! Anyway, buying the insurance policy saved me a lot of money.

Sep 16,2022Do not buy insurance from these guys, auto renew policy that is very painful to cancel. Requires a call to the call center and then next steps. They see your insurance as a rolling lifetime contract that you will constantly pay for so avoid.

She assured me it could be done, and I was ready to call back, however she took the additional steps in reaching out to me via email to confirm the serial numbers, which was an extra step that was greatly appreciated being a busy parent. I sent in the update and feel assured that this is now covered. Please acknowledge this type of service, as it's not seen very often.
