Don't expect any help if you have a problem. Following a delivery problem, I was forced to pay 3 times the transport costs as well as 2 times the customs fees. Total lost : $500. And don't expect any help from the customer service, the only message that you will receive is : "sorry, sorry, we can't do anything for you, if you want your package you have to pay". Their service is helpful for purchasing Japanese exclusive items. They offer various shipping methods and they calculate the shipping rate based on the clearly-slit ranges of weight (from 100g). It would fully utilise the shipping service, and we don’t need to pay more if the packages are very light. Yet, my package has been delayed for a long time. I chose to send my package by AirMail to France, where the delivery time should be within around 2 weeks. For my first package, it has been delayed for more than 2 months. The process of getting back the package was long and troublesome. The French post office did not offer updated information. It had been blocked for the customs process for a long time, and the French post office could not offer any updated information. I asked ZenMakret to open a case of investigation from Japan Post, and soon get back the package after waiting for a very long time. It exhausted all my patience for waiting and asking it back. I still have 2 more orders from ZenMarket. I hope that I will receive the package in time.
The refund process is very long and even takes more than four days every time you make a purchase on Amazon and it turns out the item is out of stock.
