Jun 28,2024Fragen werden schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Verpackung ist meist perfekt. Ab und zu sind die Kartons etwas zu groß, aber das ist jammern auf höchstem Niveau. Ich bin rundum zufrieden. Besonders hilfreich sind auch die vielen Aktionen, mit denen man Gebühren sparen bzw. Cashback erhalten kann. 5 Sterne.

Invece Zenmarket mi ha guidato attraverso tutti i passi, gestendo sempre ottimamente tutte le fasi di acquisto, pagamento e spedizione. Prezzi sempre chiari. Servizio clienti ottimo, con risposte veloci e in italiano, molto chiare. Aspetto di vedere il mio pacco recapitato per confermare le cinque stelle, ma credo non ci saranno problemi. Ottimo servizio, continuerò sicuramente ad usarlo.

Jun 28,2024I ordered some fabric from a small store in Japan. The shop in Japan had interesting shipping requirements, but zen market was able to deal with it no problem. The fabric was shipped tightly and neatly. And it came incredibly fast with DHL shipping. The price was lower than I was expecting too. This is not the first time I used them and I will keep using them because they alleays give great service.

Jun 28,2024Me parece terrible en busca de economía encontré unas piezas de segunda mano usadas y resulta que pague más de 5 veces el precio inclusive salieron más caras que las nuevas primero me cobraron por participar en las subastas, luego me cobraron por pagar la subasta, me cobraron por recibir los productos, me cobraron por empacarlos , me cobraron por el envío y marcaron el paquete como repuestos entonces la aduana me cobró el doble del valor declarado por ellos es una estupidez hacer eto de nuevo para el que lea le aconsejo mire otras opciones que no roban tanto como amazon, ebay y cualquier otra pagina china de venta es mas seria

Jun 28,2024Esta fue mi primera vez usando Zenmarket y a pesar de que fue todo un proceso, la atención al detalle y la forma que empacaron fue buena buena. Hicieron el paquete lo más pequeño posible protegiendo muy bien los artículos. Muy contenta con el servicio. Algo más a notar: Estaba buscando estos libros en tiendas de Estados Unidos, en Amazon solo tenían 2 y costaban alrededor de 46 USD c/u, aquí conseguí 2 en Mercari y uno en Rakuten, los de Mercari fueron bastante baratos y el de Rakuten fue un poco más barato que comprarlo nuevo. El envío salió más caro que los artículos, pero al final me salió más barato comprar 3 libros aquí, que dos libros en Estados Unidos. Los libros, a pesar de que son usados parecen nuevos. Están muy bien cuidados.

Jun 28,2024Un lugar con un servicio eficiente, a buen precio y con una página que es intuitiva. La verdad es que pedí artículos de pre-venta y desde que hice el pedido, todo fue muy fluido. Hubo un tiempo de espera de 6 meses pero en cuanto llegaron los productos a la bodega de Osaka, todo fue bastante rápido y fácil.
