Jul 17,2024It was my first time using a proxy service and it was a breeze! There was some confusing things but that was just because I wasn't used to how proxy services work which they update you each step of the way. The only thing I didn't like was how you have to add to a balance before you can purchase but I assume that is because they can bid on items for you so it's just a slight inconvenience if buying items outright. The items ordered came insanely well wrapped that it would be pretty hard to break what was inside even if it was thrown about. If I ever order anything from Japan again, it will 100% be with Zenmarket

In passato non ho riscontrato particolari problemi, ma ultimamente sto notando una differenza qualitativa importante attraverso diversi disagi. 1- ho utilizzato il loro sistema di acquisto tramite un link. Mi ci sono voluti più di 10 giorni per far aggiungere l'ordine al carrello perchè a quanto pare se lo erano perso ed ogni volta che chiedevo info a proposito dello stesso nonostante fosse sotto nei messaggi, non capivano a che ordine mi stessi riferendo. 2- Confermano il carrello e pago due ordini dello stesso venditore e dallo stesso sito. Pago, parte la spedizione interna. Giorni dopo mi scalano dal conto nuovamente la spedizione interna. Chiedendo informazioni in primis mi vengono citati ordini che in realtà non avevo fatto, e quando lo faccio notare si giustificano una seconda volta dicendomi che il venditore non specificava che la spedizione di due prodotti sarebbe stata unica. Peccato che tale problema sarebbe dovuto saltar fuori alla conferma del carrello o al pagamento in modo che avessi una scelta, non detraendomi i soldi in seguito. E soprattutto andando sul sito del venditore e aggiungendo i prodotti al carrello i costi di spedizione sono per un pacco unico... 3- pacchi ingiustificatamente più voluminosi del necessario che fanno pesare maggiormente la spedizione internazionale.

Although it was due to UPS’s updated policy, I want to emphasize that the platform itself is truly wonderful and very easy to use. I am especially impressed by the careful consolidation and packaging of my larger orders.

Jul 15,2024It was my first time buying from zenmarket a month ago I spend 2200$ on poncho pikachu and waited for a month and them I paid for the shipment and for Dubai Custom another 272$ And when I got the slab PSA 10 I posted in every Facebook Groups and pokemon Community's and they comlnfirmed it is fake and I double checked with the font and the logo and th original card in PSA grading website they are totally different so I spoke to zenmarket website customer service and they let me wait for another month and in the end they just said they tried to reach to mercari website and they couldn't find the seller so we can't help you so I will never buy from them ever again. Please don't ever ever buy from them if you got scammed their customer service will never care

Jul 13,2024This was my first time using zenmarket and I am pleased to say it was a smooth and pleasant experience. Love the user interface, intuitive. Also appreciate the option to split items into multiple parcels. Everything I ordered arrived safely. That's some good packing you guys do, I had fragile items (kimono) tossed into thin plastic envelopes by other proxy. I switched to zenmarket because my previous proxy could not order from mercari stores. After this, I will stay with zenmarket for everything else, too. Thank you!

Jul 09,2024This is my first time to use this vendor. First when I buy they don't have a direct payment, I have to pay though the wallet app and charge more fee transactions. Then they have add the fee to buy it. After that, they required me to pay the fee to deliver a package. But this transfer only moved to my country. I have to do immigration procedures for this package myself. At that time Zen Market told me they saw I was a fraud and blocked feature, so I couldn't get the bill to do the immigration. It takes a lot of time to do the immigration and I have to pay the tax of nearly 30% price of my package and not count the fee delivered to me. This is the worst service I had in the experiment, I recommend you should try ordering service to buy. Don't do

Jul 09,2024Ho iniziato a usare zenmarket da novembre, ci sono stati vari problemi ed ho accettato che fossero parte del gioco. Ogni volta che segnalato qualcosa la risposta era sempre la stessa "se non te la senti di comprare usa i canali ufficiali" nell'ultimo pacco invece il problema è stato palesemente loro in questo caso invece la risposta è stata, faccio copia incolla: ・Foto dei materiali di imballaggio del pacco (scatola esterna e materiali di imballaggio al suo interno) ・Foto da cui sia possibile controllare tutti gli articoli all'interno del pacco ・Foto in cui sia possibile vedere il nostro codice a barre identificativo sul pacco ・Foto dei documenti di accompagnamento affrancati al pacco quindi ragazzi se proprio dovete usare questo sito fate video dall'apertura e spacchettamento oggetti, nonostante penso di essere stato un buon acquirente il servizio cliente e le policy del sito non mi sono parse eque dopo tutti i soldi spesi da dicembre (qualcosa come 700mila yen) e visto che comunque un 500yen di commissione a botta se gli prendono

Everything was securely packed, the only issue was that I had to pay taxes twice bur after getting in contact with the customer service from Zenmarket I got the money back. With that, I am definitely going to use Zenmarket permanently. <3

Jul 06,2024Este es el segundo problema grave que tengo con el servicio: • En primera instancia hice un pedido de 10 libros con fecha de entrega 30/04 informado por zenmarket como fecha estimada (en la web de la tienda que compre no señalaba fecha de entrega). En la quincena de mayo al ver que no llegaba consulto en Zenmarket y a los días me responden que la fecha de entrega de los productos era el 30 de Junio, por lo que no me hice problema. El 2 de Julio consulto nuevamente para asegurar que el producto llegaría y me respondieron que derivarian mi consulta al área encargada, pasaron 2 días y no me respondían por lo que volví a consultar. Para mi sorpresa me indican que el producto llegó pero solo 1 (aun no cambian el estado en el sistema) y no los 10 qué encargue (me descontaron el valor de los 10 libros cuando los compre). Me resulta una falta de respeto y poco seriedad que uno indicando la cantidad de productos no compren lo que uno les indica y para peor es que después de tanto insistir me den esa respuesta. Que pasa si no consiguen la cantidad que compre o se agotó? Después de esto y la poca respuesta, es la última vez que compro con ustedes (ya llevo 68 pedidos). Que se demoren tantos días en responder no valen los 500 yens que cobran por el servicio, de un tiempo hasta ahora deja mucho que desear. Espero que me den pronto una solucion sobre el artículo ewdy1 y compren las cantidades que pedí y que me descontaron y me informen si recepcionaron el producto ewdy131 que debió llegar el 30/06 al igual que los libros
