Sep 11,2024I used Zenmarket to preorder a copy of Godzilla: Minus One when I found out Japanese preorders came with a golden figure. I sent them the link, they ordered it for me. Item arrived a few months after I preordered it and the service was excellent. Everything was well-packaged and in perfect condition. I should note that I paid for the optional reinforced packaging just as a precaution so I'm usure of how that differs from the regular packaging, but everything was secure and taken care of. Original choice of shipping was FedEx, but I was informed by ZenMarket that that method wouldn't allow them to ship DVDs internationally, so I opted instead for UPS and they quickly updated it for me the next day. Despite the tiny holdup, my items were delivered way faster than I expected. Only took two days from the time of shipping to the arrival at my doorstep in the US. Got my movie, and my little golden Godzilla. Overall for my first experience with Zenmarket, this was great and I would definitely order from them again! 10/10 service

Sep 09,2024The bidding system on Zenmarket is rigged. For example I placed a bid of 29600 yen on an item that was on 2000 yen. Next bid was exactly my 29600. I then bid 32665, and the next bid was exactly 32665. Can you explain how 'someone' knows my exact bid everytime? Please explain this Zenmarket, you're corrupt!!!

Sep 07,2024They usually offer reasonable fees. But the support is very bad. Mails are there for days without any answer,. And when they do it, you often receive a meaningless message. They take a lot of time to buy your items and sometimes you'll miss them for that reason. The same if you need a refund. The only 24-hour service they offer is useless. You'll receive a mail with a comment, never a real solution. I use the service for years but started the get tired. Even more when decided to increase their fees to YEN 500.

Sep 05,2024Korzystałem kilka razy, niestety dużo losowych obsuw, opłacone paczki czekają po tydzień na wysyłkę, każda błahostka to kilka dni roboczych więcej czekania. Na plus zasługuje to, że pakują bardzo porządnie paczki. Ale obsługa klienta na niskim poziomie - nic nie mogą, nic nie wiedzą, zdarzają się błędy.

Aug 23,2024I have been using Zenmarket since 2019. Service was always great, packing was also awesome almost all the time and support was really helpful. Unfortunatelly, when a real issue happens, Zenmarket won't care about you at all. My first issue was when I received the wrong item bought from Amazon (I have asked for a specific version but have received a different one). Support answer was: we haven't found it in stock and just bought another similiar item. Without consulting me obviously. This is inacceptable, and instead of recognizing that it's 100% their problem and offering a full refund, Zenmarket only offered to return the service cost. The item was cheap, but this kind of service is far from what I was expecting from them. So I decided to never buy something expensive with them. My second big issue is that the support to help me with 3 lost packages. I decided then to stop using Zenmarket and switching to concurrents.

Aug 23,2024Plusieurs dizaines d'achats faits chez eux, sur 3 ans au total, les prix ont augmenté mais la qualité du service, elle, a grandement baissé ! Tout récemment, 2 colis reçus avec des articles complètement différents de ceux achetés. Ils ne veifient même plus. Le pire, c'est qu'ensuite ils vous disent que c'est trop tard, et si vous ouvrez un litige contre eux via PayPal, ils bloquent votre compte, l'envoi des colis en cours etc. Je recommande vivement d'utiliser d'autres proxy, Buyee ou Neokyo sont bien meilleurs

Aug 23,2024Je ne recommande pas pourquoi : Zenmarket et un mur qui applique les règles strictes au détriment du client et le jour où vous avez un problème vous pouvez dire adieu zenmarket a toujours raison. Vous ouvrez un litige PayPal il vous bloque. Votre colis et jamais arrivé c’est votre problème L’objet est défectueux c’est votre problème Ce genre de pratique et de l’achat revente et non un proxy comme ils disent avec des frais ahurissants ils vous traitent comme de la m…. Je vais signaler ce site à la répression des fraudes en espérant un jour une sanction de l’Union européenne.

Aug 23,2024this is my third order through Zenmarket it's a very expensive resin doll set (169k Yen) purchased from Yahoo JP auction i am glad they have bots to order the buy-out price instantly on Sunday morning and Zenmarket paid the seller on Monday,very happy they were able to secure the item for me and they took 16 pictures of the doll set it costs 500 Yen for the pictures but it was worth it to make sure i get what i paid for,they also repack the item for shipping without addition fees and it was very well packed even without reinforcement,thank you Zenmarket!

Aug 18,2024un producto me llego claramente dañado y Zenmarket me respondió de la forma mas ineficiente que existe, supuestamente no pueden consultar con el vendedor cuando el perfil sigue estando en el mismo lugar de siempre junto con su información, no se esfuerzan ni en lo mas mínimo para resolver un problema y solo responden (si es que llegan a responder) de la forma mas plana y poco sincera que existe. El servicio es ineficiente no hay ninguna clase de protección al consumidor, valoren su dinero y principalmente su tiempo que es lo que mas me molesto.

Aug 16,2024Pitoyable. J'avais entendu beaucoup de bien de ZenMarket donc j'y suis allée les yeux fermés... 1. L'attente de la confirmation que la commande est faisable. 2. L'attente pour faire le colis. 3. Après cette attente, on nous fait payer par surprise les frais de livraison qui n'étaient pas précisés, hop -32€. Pour un article à 43€, je l'ai donc payé 75€. Une offre qui semblait alléchante s'est transformée en calvaire. Bien sur obligée de payer la livraison car 1000yens a payer si on annule la commande, sans savoir si on va être remboursé ou non de l article. A bannir. N'y allez pas.
