Das Konzept ist super! Leider hatte ich bisher aber nur schlechte Erfahrungen. Die Seite ist unübersichtlich. Der Bestellprozess sollte sichtbarer gezeigt werden, da mir erst nach dem Kauf durch den Kundenservice gesagt wurde, dass die Produkte nicht geliefert werden können. Wie soll der Kunde wissen, ob man das Produkt überhaupt zu sich liefern lassen kann? Kundenservice ist schrecklich! - Auf meine Fragen und Beschwerden wird nicht eingegangen und, wie es auch bei einigen Rezensionen stand, wird dem Kunden die Schuld zugewiesen wenn die Bestellung nicht klappt. Möchte kein schwieriger Kunde sein, aber so unprofessionelles Personal haben ist sehr Schade... Bisher auch keine Antwort auf eine Rückerstattung erhalten oder Ähnliches.

Il servizio di acquisto in se è buono solo che preferirei che vi fosse più informazione. avevo un mio pacco (urgente) pronto per la spedizione con la dicitura “spedizione a breve” ma dopo giorni ancora non era stato spedito, ho contattato il sevizio clienti per capirne il motivo e mi hanno detto che questo è a causa di una festività e che la spedizione sarebbe ritardata di un’altra settimana. io capisco benissimo i ritardi per le festività ma forse sarebbe stato opportuno avvisare gli acquirenti giorni prima visto che chi vive al di fuori del Giappone non può conoscere questi dettagli. il contenuto del pacco era un regalo di compleanno, ora a quanto pare dovrò acquistarne un’altro perché oramai non arriverebbe più in tempo.

Hello. I got another parcel recently and would like to share some thoughts about what ZenMarket is doing well with. The customer service is wonderful. They've given me item stock notices, delivery expectations, shipping method insights, item verification notices (in my case, something looked different against a seller's picture), and have answered questions I have in a courteous, concise manner. With prompt e-mail notifications and how quick it is to access messages on the website, I feel more involved and invited to learn helpful knowledge or be comfortable and in control when buying things. The parcel packaging and delivery is excellent. I've ordered soundtracks, cards, acrylic stands, etc. and one of things I enjoy seeing is the quality of how well a package is put together. With me, I've used package consolidation and items I've ordered have been bubble-wrapped in a professionally, strong, and simple way. What I mean is that the amount of packaging protection has never felt like too much, has never felt difficult to take apart, and has never looked like it was done without care. It feels right, organized, and perfect. It's a great indicator showing me how long and experienced ZenMarket has been with putting together parcels. The solicitations are unique. Whether by e-mail or the website itself, I don't get swept by ads or coupon alerts. Instead, on occasion, I get sent e-mails with shops to consider looking into for fashion, etc. or articles about Japanese culture. Overall, everything is very user-friendly and gives off a welcoming impression to learn and have your voice be a part of the buying process. Thank you and well done.

Hace algo menos de un año que comencé a utilizar este portal de compras. Todo había funcionado correctamente, y debido a ello incluso había incrementado mi nivel de gasto. Hasta que encontré el primer problema serio y para el que aún estoy esperando solución. Compré dos artículos idénticos en diferentes comercios. Uno fue adquirido "aparentemente" sin problemas, y el otro apareció en "proceso de compra" durante bastante tiempo. Tras dos semanas, este segundo fue cancelado por indisponibilidad, por lo que solicité a la página que fuese devuelto también el primero, ya que necesitaba dos artículos idénticos. Tras eso, resultó que el artículo que ya se encontraba en el almacén, tenía un desperfecto en el embalaje, por lo que el vendedor original no aceptaba la devolución. Este problema se debió reportar por el control de calidad en el momento de recepción, no en la devolución, ya que lógicamente, el vendedor argumenta que el daño se pudo ocasionar en el almacén de ZenMarket. Ha pasado más de una semana desde que estoy reclamando y apenas tengo información, y no he obtenido reposición de mi saldo. Actualización a 20-8: Sigo sin recibir actualizacion alguna sobre el estado de la reclamación, ni retorno de fondos. Según ZenMarket especifica en su respuesta, a día 6 el Item defectuoso se devuelve a vendedor, pero según su asistencia me indican que siguen esperando respuesta por su parte. Todo parece algo deshonesto. Mientras tanto, unos 350 euros por un artículo defectuoso que aún no me han devuelto...

The service works quickly, often meeting deadlines. The items in parcel was packed pretty well and safe enough, and there is also an option to include VAT in the payment for postal services. The shipping to Latvia was a bit faster than expected.

I ordered 2 items from them and paid around 50€ for them. I waited a week to finally be told that the shipping is 95€ more!!!! And you cannot cancel because they don't do returns!!! Never again!

Minha segunda encomenda a chegar e tudo veio perfeito como a primeira, tudo bem embalado e chegou muito rápido. A Zen é impecável, estou ansiosa pra receber as outras encomendas!! O único problema são os impostos abusivos brasileiros, o valor dos impostos de importação saem mais caros do que a compra :x
