Première commande via zenmarket sur un site japonais qui ne livre pas en France. Tout c'est bien passé;de la commande à la livraison 2 semaines (via ups) très bien protégé avec soin. Les 500 yens par commande d article sont clairement indiqué donc pas de surprise. Ce qui coûte cher c'est les frais d'envois et d importation mais ce n est pas zenmarket qui fixe les prix. Donc je suis satisfait. Pour un achat japonais il faut don multiplié par 2 le prix de votre article pour avoir le prix total jusqu'à chez vous.
Sicuramente si riescono a trovare articoli da vero collezionista L unica nota negativa è l alto costo delle tasse doganali!

Molto deluso Imballate bene gli articoli, ma se qualcuno invia articoli falsi o qualcosa di diverso da quello che viene ordinato, non c’è la minima protezione Gli acquirenti possono comprare e sperare che vada tutto bene, altrimenti affari loro Assistenza clienti spesso inutile, unica risposta riproposta è “ non possiamo fare niente “ o “ non dipende da noi” , ed ovviamente di rimborsi non se ne parla minimamente . Servizio clienti lentissimo. Finché va tutto bene si paga solo la commissione di 500 yen a operazione, ma quando succede qualcosa non si ha alcuna tutela, ne per problemi di spedizione ne per problemi di merce con i venditori (esempio merce falsa). Ho avuto vari problemi e ho dovuto combattere per mesi con il servizio clienti che cerca sempre di spillarti soldi e di scaricarsi le responsabilità. Esempio spedizione tornata indietro per colpa del postino, nessun rimborso ne da poste ne da zen market. Merce contraffatta ho ricevuto un rimborso con una lunga trattativa di mesi rimettendoci comunque le spese di sdoganamento, a momenti dovevo pure rispedire a mie spese la merce contraffatta. Evitatelo come la peste.
Mi paquete llego antes de tiempo y bien envuelto, el servicio al cliente también fue muy bueno, los recomiendo comprar y yo si volvería a comprar.
En avril 2024 j’ai fait mon premier achat via le Proxy : Zenmarket. Auparavant je passais par Neokyo mais je me suis laissé tenter par ZenM car j’ai vu beaucoup de pub a leur sujet. Au dela des frais qui sont relativement élevées comparé aux autres proxy (si leur service etait compétent cela ne m’aurait pas déranger). Leur service client et l’envoi des colis est catastrophique… Cela fait pres de 3 mois que j’attends mon colis (via Fedex). Lors du premier envoie, le colis reste bloqué a la douane, Fedex m’indique que ZenMarket n’avait pas transmis les documents d’expedition donc après plus d’un mois —> retour a l’envoyeur. Fort heureusement je suis remboursé du transport. Nous sommes a la deuxième tentative d’envoie, le colis a encore ete bloque 1 mois a la douane (pour la même raison ??) Le colis vient de repartir car Fedex a tenté de me livrer une fois( je n’étais pas chez moi mais je n’ai pas non plus été prévenue) après 3 jours au stock le colis est repartie au Japon. Zenmarket ne veut rien entendre et donne raison a Fedex, ils m’ont egalement pris 170€ sur mon portefeuille client de frais de renvoie (pour quelle raison ?) sans mon accord. En espérant que mon message dissuadera de potentiel futur client

I generally had a decent experience with Zen, but If you see a good deal, better use another service and buy it yourself...Which I wish Zen would just let you do, but ofc not Here is the unfortunate chain of events that made me lose our on the unique lot and left me pretty upset in general :/ 1) Zen will lower your credit limit to the minimum even if you shipped 10+ parcels with them and have been a customer for years 2) Need extra time to get home and get the money in (the only time it would have mattered to have more credit and it is useless. Great) 3) But in the end you trying to be fast doesn't matter because for charging 500 yen per item Zenmarket is not particularly fast at buying them. And yes, I checked that the lot was still available when I paid for it 4) Now you are stuck with a lot of money in your Zen account that, considering all the international fees required to get them in, you are never ever getting back. Amazing - you are forced to be a customer even if you never want to open their page again but still want to use your money. Neither of these are exactly big issues with the service, but they did come together to bite me when it mattered, so let me list the other minor issues I had with Zen as well: I have definitely also had issues with staff understanding my English messages before, so, if you want to be understood and not have to waste extra days communicating, perhaps try to use the most simple language you can Some sellers are blocked, so I had to go through another service to get the one of a kind items - and never had any issues getting them, so not sure how warranted that block was They also enable the "save your credit card" checkmark by default which is imo unsafe and a little scummy, so, unless you are always diligent, the next time you pay you might see the unpleasant surprise of Zen keeping your card's details. Considering your Zen account is likely only password protected... Yeah Zenplus is never worth it price-wise Some promotions you will try to go for only to find a small print saying it does not apply to your country Sometimes they will message you about the extra annoying custom rules for a specific way of sending packages and you will lose days communicating to switch. These rules could have been written right there on the shipping page to avoid this drag for both the staff and the customers
Once all ordered items arrived at the warehouse and I asked to make & send my package. It arrived in about a week. For the distance traveled, this is stellar timing. (Japan -> West-Europe) Despite not adding the extra safety packaging, everything was packaged very safe by itself. Really appreciative of that! Being my first purchase on this website after a YouTuber recommend, I've been heavily impressed.

Après tant d'années à acheter au Japon sans trop savoir si j'allais bien recevoir mon colis, voici enfin un service qui fait l'intermédiaire et qui le fait bien ! En plus les quelques questions que j'ai posé j'ai toujours eu les réponses en moins de 24h (faut penser au décalage horaire aussi) J'en suis à mon 7ème colis, et ce n'est pas terminé ! Grâce à vous j'ai tout les livres de partitions de guitares de mes groupes préférés :)
