Jun 09,2024Vielleicht ist das Prozedere anfangs gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber nachdem man sich zurecht gefunden hat, verläuft der gesamte Prozess tatsächlich "wie am Schnürchen". Jeder einzelne Schritt wird kommuniziert. Desweiteren wird die Ware sorgfältig verpackt und somit gut geschützt auf den Weg gebracht. Von daher für Service und Qualität: 5 Sterne.

Jun 09,2024I purchased a CRT monitor from Mercari and was a little worried how well it would be packed, since shipping it via surface mail was the cheapest option and this is a fairly fragile item. Clearly I didn't need to worry, since ZenMarket packed it beyond all expectations! I've never seen something so well packed (I used the additional packaging service), I am absolutely astonished. Suffice to say, it arrived in perfect shape. The overall experience was smooth and I have no complaints, everything was handled professionally. Being able to pay VAT in advance is also amazing! Will definitely be using the service again, only good words to say. Thank you!

Jun 08,2024Quoi qu'on puisse en dire en matière de rétro gaming et autres si on cherche bien les prix reste imbattable en comparaison avec l'europe , le service colis est parfait à condition de choisir le meilleur envoie (UPS ou DHL fortement recommandé pour éviter tout problèmes) les frais de transactions reste correct , Zenmarket c'est le top ! 👍 après pour les frais de douane il faut mettre une mauvaise note à l'Europe et sa politique du n'importe quoi car c'est la faute de nos gouvernants si de ce côté là les prix augmente !!

Jun 08,2024I recently got my first package from zenmarket! I've never used it before, since I'm too used to competitors, but the experience was really nice. First of all, those 60 warehouse days are amazing, probably my favorite part of it all, also the fact I can specify stuff in the notes is cool. The package was in a box and had a bunch of protection which is really appreciated. I might try it out again someday!

Jun 08,2024Hace poco realicé, con temor, mi primera compra usando Zenmarket. Mi única queja, por ahora, es que se hace muy difícil calcular el precio final que tendrá el envío. Yo había calculado un precio y terminé pagando 4 veces más ya que no se podía cancelar la compra. Si bien tienen una calculadora propia de la página, no es muy precisa debido a que es casi imposible saber las dimensiones de las cosas que uno compra. Entiendo que en este punto es más responsabilidad de los que publican, pero sería muy útil saber el precio final que algo costaría para poder decidir si hacemos la compra o no. En cuanto a lo demás, Zenmarket me pareció una muy buena opción, mi compra llegó ayer (tardó una semana desde el pago) en buenas condiciones, recibí lo que se ofreció. Acabo de pagar por una segunda compra, el envío costó mucho menos que mi primera compra siendo el producto del mismo tamaño o más grande. Por esto es que comenté lo de la forma de calcular el precio final. PD: olvidé mencionar que hacer consultas es muy difícil. Escribí tres mensajes y dos jamás me los contestaron.

Jun 07,2024En general la experiencia ha sido muy buena durante mucho tiempo, sin embargo, en el último mes tuve un par de malas experiencias, con dos vendedores distintos: En el primer caso realicé dos compras, ambas fueron validadas y pagadas, Días después me cancelaron la compra, por no estar disponibles los artículos adquiridos. Mi pregunta es: porqué fue aceptada la compra y el pago por el vendedor si no tenía stock? El anuncio del artículo sigue vigente. En el segundo caso, se hizo una compra y el vendedor demoró 12 días para enviarlo al almacén, en lugar de los 5 días sugeridos. Esto me hizo perder la posibilidad de obtener un descuento en el envío, al caducar la promoción.

I have no complaints and had built up quite the credit rating, but I had to disappear from home for work for a bit and my credit got ruined, so iam rebuilding it with them. But the service is exceptional they warn you if a seller is potentially shady, or won't consolidate items. The price per item is a bit more lately but other sites seem to have the same, so I guess it's competitive. 5 stars for trust

Jun 06,2024First time i have ever used Zenmarket ..infact i did not even know they existed until 5 weeks ago , someone on a forum suggested i use them when buying a new guitar in preference to Ebay ..i am so glad i did ..they saved me a lot of money .. they were very helpful when ever i asked a question .. i might not get a reply for 8 hours but Japanese time is 9 hours ahead of us in the UK ..i paid a little extra for re enforced packaging ...and it took me 20 minutes to open it ..very well packaged ..i give them 10 out of 10 and would certainly use them again ..also the website is very helpful and well set out ..keeping you updated ...very impressed !!
