Jun 05,2024Interesting website. The support, notably, is pretty cool and efficient. Their fixed commission of 500 yens per item has its advantages and disadvantages. This is not terrible for buying several same things at a low price, since on each item there is so a commission of 500 yens. On the other hand, for the rest, it's not bad. There are surely more economical ways, for import products from Japan. But, not knowing... Otherwise, a disadvantage of using a website like this one, is not being able to communicate directly with the sellers. In short, not perfect, but not bad either.

Jun 05,2024Mi experiencia fue muy buena con este "proxy" japonés. Quise un artículo que se vendía a través de Yahoo JP (que no venden a la Unión Europea) y lo que hacen ellos es comprarlo por ti, enviarlo a su almacén y después te lo reenvían a ti. En mi caso, pagué la opción de que tuviera un extra de protección en el envío y la verdad es que vino muy muy bien protegido, merece la pena. Pusieron la caja del vendedor original en otra caja más grande con papel protector a los lados y lo recubrieron con papel de burbuja. La caja nueva usada no se abre por el centro, que es más difícil de abrir, y las esquinas de la segunda caja fueron recubiertos con cartón muy duro. Para el envío te dan varias opciones a elegir. Elegí Fedex, que salía algo caro, pero iba más rápido y prefería evitar que lo tramitara Correos al llegar a España. Había opciones más baratas también.

Jun 05,2024Siempre me confirman el pedido, una vez que lo pago, me lo cancelan (si me regresan el dinero, pero a mi cuenta), simplemente no he podido realizar mi pedido porque siempre me lo cancelan por "superar el número de piezas que la tienda permite" y no me pueden regresar el dinero, así que lo tengo detenido ahí además de que no me dan respuesta del porque lo cancela. PÉSIMO SERVICIO Y MALA COMUNICACIÓN!!!

Jun 05,2024I wanted to import a specific scale figure to Spain but was having a lot of trouble acquiring it because its original box is too big to be accepted by the Spanish mail service, not even by surface shipping. and stores would only offer sending it by DHL for around 45000 yen. Thankfully the kind people at Zen market got my back, before buying the Item I explained the situation to their customer support and asked them if they were willing to take the item (an anime scale figure) out of its original box, throw away the blister and repack it so it would fit into a shipping box which size would be accepted for surface shipping. They agreed to help me with this so I bought the item and we were able to ship it. Two months later the package arrived and I found the scale figure carefully protected with different kinds of foam and bubble wrap and in perfect condition. Thank you so much for accommodating my request, and specially for being so careful when protecting the figure. I was only able to get this figure to Spain at a reasonable cost thanks to your willingness to go above and beyond. If at all possible please let the agent that packed my figure know that he did great and I really appreciate his work For the sake of transparency I will disclose that I had already been a customer of Zen market for around 2 years before writing this review. but this doesn't change my opinion or my willingness to give them a 5/5 due to their excellent service. If you push me to find a negative aspect in their service is that their policy about first having to deposit funds into our account with them before being able to bid for an auction is not the most confortable and convenient. but, that inconvenience is more than compensated by their willingness to do Import declarations (for EU countries and up to 150 € declared value) at no extra cost.

La nostra esperienza con Zen Market è stata sinceramente fantastica: team di assistenza veloce e preparato, scelta degli store molto ampia ( noi abbiamo utilizzato Mercari.Jp), prezzi in linea con quanto pensavamo di poter spendere e commissioni non troppo care. Come sicuramente già scritto da qualcuno, il massimo della convenienza la si raggiunge nel momento in cui si acquistano più prodotti da un singolo venditore e di conseguenza si riducono al minimo le commissioni da pagare. Spedizione molto veloce e imballaggio a prova di bomba; assolutamente soddisfatto
