Jun 01,2024Bei meiner Bestellung hat alles super geklappt. Die Produkte waren super gesichert verpackt. Auch, dass die Einfuhrgebühren schon im Vorfeld berechnet wurden und ich nicht nicht hier mit Zoll usw befassen musste war super. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen.

Jun 01,2024It’s my first time buying from zenmarket and It will be my last, Imagine buying the things you want that worth around $122 and you think you got a good deal but when you go to shipping page, you will be shocked by the shipping prices. I paid $122 for the shipping!! I don’t recommend buying from here at all.

Jun 01,2024The shopping experience is somewhat complicated because you have to first transfer funds from credit card and then pay for the item, and then transfer more funds to pay for shipping once the item arrives at the warehouse. Compare this to eBay, where you typically know the shipping cost in advance and can pay with a credit card right away. Also, there was no way to compare the cost of different shipping methods. For a first-time user this feels too complicated. From my point of view, it would be more convenient if they could just charge the credit card directly. Also, I had to pay VAT twice, first to Zenmarket and then to Finnish Customs.
