All my items were in great shape, their talents tu fit everything in order is amazing. I did it twice and I will do it again. They are very professionnals and neet. No bubble wrap was spare to make sure all the items were safe.

May 31,2024While the company does a great job at packing up the goods, and the participation in the European IOSS system makes customs a fast and cheap process, the company has strict rules regarding horror films, which it does not communicate. So if you like the Guinea Pig films, those by Daisuke Yamanouchi e.g., you should look for another company as soon as possible. The employees here don't think very highly about those and will confiscate and destroy your property accordingly. You should also be warned that items that have become cheaper between being added to the site's internal shopping cart and when you decide you want to purchase, you should remove and readd the item before finalizing the purchase. Otherwise Zenmarket will keep the difference. --- Während die Versandverpackung immer gut ist, und die Teilnahme am IOSS System die Zollabwicklung deutlich erleichtert, hat das Unternehmen im Bezug auf Horrorfilme strenge Regeln, die es nicht kommuniziert. Wer also die Guinea Pig Filme, die von Daisuke Yamanouchi oder ähnliches mag, sollte sich schleunigst ein anderes Unternehmen suchen. Hier finden die Mitarbeiter sowas nunmal nicht so toll, und werden dein Eigentum entsprechend einbehalten und vernichten. Weiterführend sollte noch gewarnt werden, dass Artikel, die zwischen dem hinzufügen zum seiteninternen Warenkorb und dem Kauf günstiger geworden sind, unbedingt aus dem Warenkorb entfernt und anschließend wieder hinzugefügt werden sollten. Ansonsten behält Zenmarket die Differenz ein. Update: when Zenmarket says sorted out, they mean destroyed. The article was flagged for destruction and is now, most likely, destroyed. Zenmarket refused to forward the article within Japan at my expense.

May 31,2024Excelente servicio, responden rápido, tomando en cuenta la diferencia de horario, hubo problemas con el armado del paquete pues los fabricantes modificaron la cantidad del producto, y lo solucionaron de forma rápida, lo empaquetaron muy bien, y llego en buen tiempo. Enviaron un regalo en el paquete, me pareció un gran gesto.

May 31,2024楽天から代理購入をしてもらいました。 "カートに追加後、海外発送できるか確認させて頂きます。"という記載がありました。 "確認させて頂きます"です。 支払いの連絡がきたので、料金を払い注文確定となりました。 が、梱包作業の段階で、海外に発送できないので、手数料を払って、国内配送になるという連絡がきました。 呆れて言葉になりません。 確認させて頂きます、で、自分で確認して下さい、ではないですよね？ 言い訳ばかりで、謝罪もなく、挙げ句には、こちらのミス扱いです。 最悪最低の悪徳企業です。 二度とここからは、購入しません!
