Oct 26,2023Hat alles super geklappt, von der Bestellung in Japan bis zur Lieferung nach Deutschland hat es 16 Tage gedauert. Der internationale Versand hat sogar nur 6 Tage gedauert (EMS).

Oct 26,2023Gané una subasta de una tornamesa Technics SL-1200 MK3, faltaba harto mantenimiento pero funciona impecable, quedó como nueva!, el envio fue por UPS y todo muy rápido, se demoró apenas 3 días hábiles. Lo enviaron un Lunes por la mañana desde Japón y ya el Jueves por la tarde estaba en mi casa en Chilito. Estoy muy conforme con el servicio que ofrece ZenMarket, 10 de 10.

Oct 25,2023Los productos llegaron en perfecto estado, estoy muy contento. El envío por EMS, desde el momento en que salió el paquete de Japón y llegó a mi casa pasaron 40 días, lo cuál personalmente me parece rápido. En cuánto a las aduanas solo pagué como 7 dolares, así que también fue muy barato, además quiero destacar que al ser EMS suelen acelerar bastante las cosas, la empresa de correos de mi país me notificó la llegada del paquete el 3 de Octubre, el 8 de Octubre pagué las aduanas e impuestos y para el 12 de Octubre llegó el paquete a mi casa. Quisiera añadir que el envío fue a Colombia, a una de las ciudades principales (Medellín), los productos comprados fueron unas revistas y un libro, todos llegaron en perfecto estado.

Oct 18,2023Wie immer, alles perfekt. Ein wenig zu viel Plastikfolie um die einzelnen Gegenstände gewickelt. Auf die kann ich gut und gerne verzichten, da alles eh sehr gut verpackt ist. Ware kam per Luftpost sogar eine Woche früher, als erwartet! Bin super zufrieden. Perfect as always. A bit too much plastic foil wrapped around the items. I can happily go without them, because everything is packed completely safe. Items arrived via Airmail one week earlier, than expected. I'm very satisfied.

Oct 12,2023As someone who lives across the world, I wondered how I could get my favorite Demon Slayer figure since it was only available on japanese online stores, after I found ZenMarket, I was able to aquire it 1 day after it officially released in Japan and import it on a very cheap price! Altought it took a month to arrive and 3 weeks to get cleared by my country's customs, I'm beyond satisfied with ZenMarket's service and support! They were super kind and quick to answer all my questions and concerns, I can't thank the ZenMarket team enough for their work. The figure box was small and it was packaged with all the care possible, surrounded with a lot of bubble wrap and tape, I'm sure it could survive a plane crash and still be intact hahaha. My experience was excellent, I got the figure I wanted for so long at a cheap price and a trusted service, I'll be definitly using ZenMarket for any future purchases, I can't thank you all enough! 10/10
